Then 10 minutes later she calls back and said Brian Edwards told her it was unrepairable and that they needed another $800.00 to start replacing it. So when I got home I run to Theisens and buy a new thermocouple for $11.76 I Know nothing about fixing a water heater. But with the help of a You-tube Video it took me 15 minutes to replace, And Guess what no problems since? So I called to tell them and they say "WELL GOOD FOR YOU!"
