Even if the email was that I wasn't a great fit, that's the professional way to go about things. I applied to a ton of schools and this was the only one that didn't reply back. Again even if it was that I wasn't a good fit that email should have been sent.

this school is run terribly wrong, with nothing that excites any of their students and not a single…read moreperson in staff that has any care for the children they are getting payed to be around. lots of the staff here (not just teachers) you would think have a gun to their head forcing them to be there as if they didn't fill out the job application. i understand teaching could be difficult at times but the least you could do is put on a smile. their only act on discipline for a child acting out is either sending them home early, putting them on pins (child probation), or making you take mental tests or exams with this annoying lady that doesn't stop smiling, she is very creepy and i can't remember her name, things on the test will ask you if you go on trips with your favorite celebrity on a boat once a week, basically trying to figure out if you are psycho. some teachers will go to great lengths to ensure your time there is miserable. in particular you have this one girl, mrs straub, looks to be in her 40s who likes to think she is hip and try's to be friends with the kids by giving them attitude. you will often see her going into the men's restroom and ripping boys from the ages 12-18 out of it just for simply standing in there talking to their friends during a free period, very odd, and you will also very often see her going into the girls bathroom with a nasty look on her face clapping in girls faces to get out of the bathroom or knocking and yelling into stalls that are being occupied, overall a very odd person. she is in the tech department and tries to say she is a higher up person when she is not. she will try to discipline kids and has even walked into my class once while we were taking an important test to try and yell at me for not giving my phone up the day prior, my teacher told her not right now and i went to the bathroom a few mins later, saw her in the hall and she tried to corner me, jumping around while yelling and not letting me walk by her, pretty mental. another thing about the bathrooms is they do not let you close the doors to them and there are cameras strategically places outside the doors, which were taken out once complained about and then put back in not to long after. back to the discipline issues a lot of the time some people will get away with something that's pretty bad while they give a harsh punishment or suspension to someone for having their phone out in the hallways. if something happens you can go to the principals and complain but most of the time he won't see you but when you do complain or have an issue that needs to be brought to an adult 9 times out of 10 you will see nothing done about this issue, as for teachers or lunch staff especially writing reports in kids throwing food or fighting are mostly overseen and not cared for or taken care of, the vice principal who you will always see with wet nappy hair and her bare feet on her desk just kicked back anytime you walk in there, or she's taking selfies on her phone will often try to take charge and do all of the work but often times favors teachers sides not understanding how nasty these teachers really can be but just because they are adults they do no wrong. overall not a great place especially if you want your kid in a safe environment or if you want your kid to get a good education without getting every answer handed to them, or if your child really excels in athletics definitely not the place to go. more like a jail than a school, especially with them only have air conditioning in the office and computer rooms, it gets extremely hot.

I must say I am so happy to be working for this school district. I am a hall monitor/lunch aide…read morefor the highschool. I enjoy my days with the students, and with the staff! Everyone has made me feel at home, and very professional. Mr. Mattice Lisa Wilmont, Michelle Biviano Farley Vern, Jon , Ricky plus many more are such a delight to work with. The students are great, and always polite to me. The school is organized and run very well under the principal, assistant principal the Rescource Officer Deputy Rust is a great help also.

Can some people realize that stopping in the parking lot when nothing is there (kids) is…read moreaggrevating when you cant get around, and your trying to get your kid for an appointment, and people can just be rude...Doors are actually locked between 8 and 130-ish...thats cool. But im really not there to steal other peoples kids...
