However on the website there is only one phone number that I called and only one address. Again I asked for information and was yelled at again because she "didn't know what I was talking about". I made an appointment over the phone two weeks ago for the woman I take care of. She's 86 and has…read moredifficulty walking.On the phone I mentioned that she was a new patient who has Medicaid and Medicare, the receptionist made the appointment for today June 2nd. We get there on time, wait 35 minutes when she is called into the office to sit down. After about 3 minutes the receptionist comes into the office to tell us that they alternate insurance days and the Dr. Who takes the insurance is not in today. THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN MENTIONED OVER THE PHONE WHEN I MADE THE APPOINTMENT!!!! Why make us wait so long and call her into the office to say they weren't going to see her! Absolutely pathetic
