The day after the work was performed it rained, it was pretty heavy but we did not have any kind of storm warnings associated with it. Most of the hydro mulch grass seed washed away to edge of work area. We called the next day and asked them to come take a look. As far as I know no one did. After another call they said lets just wait for a few days keep watering and let's see what it does. After a few more calls and about three weeks all we had was weeds. When I called they said that for $380 they could come kill the weeds and replant grass seed.

A clever and attractive "recycling" of the materials. They also created some planters at our front entrance by removing concrete sections, preparing proper drainage and filling with top soil, perennial and shrub selections, weed barrier and two annual decorative potted planters. We had Ryan and his crew remove a tree which had fallen on our house on March 17,2026 The tree was…read moreremoved but a mess was left behind. Branches were left on the roof and are still there today May 4, 2026.The initial excuse was it was too cold and the roof was icy. Ryan did send a crew back to clean up debris that was left on the ground. There were deep ruts left behind by his equipment. He claimed the ruts were on "turf" which the contract specifically stated he was not responsible for. The association between "turf" and "grass" does not exist on our property .We have neither. We live in a Pine plantation which happens to be covered in a Forrest canopy thus creating a "Forrest floor" not mow able vegetation. We do not own a lawn mower! He did offer to provide a quote for the repairs that had to be made to property. He says he will come to take another look at the problem, makes an appointment and then never shows up. As far as an actual Arborist on staff I did not find one.
