I was told that they only deliver groceries to the car and they were short staffed. I was the only car parked for order pick up. I went in and signed for my order and get this, they said they would wheel out my order on the flatbed cart. I thought they were short staffed and only took groceries to the car? I said don't bother and carried the 25 pound box myself. Oh by the way, last week I picked up the same exact item and I didn't have to leave the car to pick it up. Interesting experience in West Bend.
