Our landlord reached out to Martin's Appliance Service and Repair and scheduled an appointment for less than a week out from the time the issue started. I played an audio clip of the noise for Bradlyn when he arrived and he troubleshooted the issue for almost an hour and a half. The technician answering the telephone was very pleasant. He gave me a choice of times. The initial time was later that same day I called! Another time was given in the event that the technician was unable to make the timeframe I first chose. The technician then later called to ask if he could come early!!! YES! He came out, explained thoroughly what the code mean and what he felt the issue was and fixed it immediately. He also explained another issue the code could mean but thought that it was only the fan issue and not a coolant issue. So he fixed it quickly and ensured I knew to call him should the issue reappear. I was very pleased with the honesty and integrity of the men in this company.
