Dr. Assadourian and the other staff at Schrott Perio implants were absolutely amazing throughout my treatment. I told them early on that I was afraid of dentists and they took care to explain the procedures to me and check in on me throughout my time in the dental chair (both of which helped quite a lot). They also had good availability and were able to reschedule based on any changes in my own schedule. Their care and cleaning during my follow up visits was also top notch. If in doubts, I recommend talking to the dentist and staff, who answer them and are very helpful. read more

Getting your teeth cleaned is not always the most enjoyable experience- however Judy and Lisa at the front desk make it so much more enjoyable for me . They are friendly , welcoming , funny, and I always get my appointment emails prior to my appointment. Truthfully I can get my teeth cleaned anywhere - but I'm only here for Judy and Lisa . Very professional and attentive. The women that run the front desks of these establishments are what keep these businesses afloat. Always a pleasure to come here !!! read more

On time, quick and efficient. Christina manages to do thorough cleaning using a combination of ultrasonic water and traditional scraping utensils. I assume they're clean when she says she's done. She also routinely advises me what areas I should pay special attention to and how I might vary my flossing or brushing techniques to continue to achieve good gum, health, and tooth cleanliness from plaque. The office billing and applications for insurance coverage always seem to be just what I expect and I appreciate no surprises there. Everyone is pleasant. read more

Always a pleasure to visit Dr Schrott's Dental Office. I am one of Dr Schrott's first patient many years ago and I would not change practice for anything in the world. The whole Team is highly professional and competent. The Dental Hygienist is really nice and very gentle. Dr. Schrott is the best Periodontist/implant Surgeon I have ever met. I Highly recommended! read more

Dr. Schrott was friendly, straightforward and set me at ease about how much discomfort to expect after the procedure. Use of the "bandage" that he has people wear to protect sensitive areas that have been worked turned out to be extremely successful in term of reducing and managing my post-surgical comfort. He was very good about explaining more about what the procedure was, why it was necessary, its limitations and how it would be carried out. My only critique of his practice is that the waiting room is much too small. Although I did not "price shop", the procedure seemed relatively expensive, even with insurance footing some portion of the bill. However, I think it was worth the price given Dr. Schrott's competence, experience, "bedside manner," and the excellent outcome. read more

Must be my 5th or 6th visit to this office for periodontal surgery, post-op and cleaning. Always an excellent experience. I feel well informed, cared for emotionally and physically and listened to for my concerns and questions. My most recent experience was for a cleaning. The hygienist was extremely attentive to every need, from making sure to give me some breaks during the process and reminding me to breathe, watching for signs of tension and stress. She was focused on my well being as well as her task of cleaning my tartar infested mouth! One couldn't ask for more. Dr. Schrott is Excellence! I am so happy with the work that he performed on my young adult family member. He is super professional and thorough by explaining every procedure from start to finish. Dr. Schrott did a beautiful job on both the gum and bone grafting. He also did a perfect job on the abutment and recommend a superb dentist for the crown. His work has been praised by several dentists that have performed cleanings on my family member's teeth. The final product looks as real as the other natural teeth. Hands down we totally recommend him because he is the best! read more

I was sent to Dr. Schrott's office by my dentist for an emergency extraction. The front desk was incredibly nice and helpful, even though I'm sure they were very busy. During my procedure, I had an unexpected panic attack. Dr. Schrott was very kind and stopped to ask if I was alright and to explain what part of the procedure he was doing. He even suggested that when I come back for my next procedure that we use some medication for my anxieties. This office is both very professional and accommodating. I will absolutely recommend to anyone in need of their services! read more

I had procrastinated getting dental care for years and ended up with an infected tooth that needed extraction. I selected Dr. Schrott based on Yelp reviews and was not disappointed. He's very thorough and straightforward about what needs to be done. Very professional and has a good interpersonal style. Unfortunately, I'll be at his office often in the near future, my penance for procrastination. However, it seems I will be in good hands. Dr. Schrott and his team make a painful and uncomfortable experience the best it can be. They will tell you when to expect a pinch from a novocaine shot and give updates on what stage of the procedure you're at and how long it should take to finish. The post procedure care instructions, both written and verbal, are clear. You are given Dr. Schrott's cell phone number to use in case of concern when the office is closed, although I never needed to use it. read more

Although no one gleefully approaches periodontal work, if you do need some, this is the expert to see. He explains in great detail, geared to laypeople, what the options are and what the surgery entails; he is unfailingly gentle during the surgery and followup; and his support staff are equally competent and professional. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere after this stellar service. read more

I had been delaying having an implant procedure for one of my canine teeth for years. When my bridge finally failed and could no longer be repaired/recemented, I decided it was time to move forward with an implant. Dr Schrott was very patient and clear when explaining the procedure and aftercare. He was especially attentive to pain control during the implant placement. The staff in the office were super helpful, reassuring and pleasant to talk to as well! :) I recommend Dr Schrott without reservation, especially if you are apprehensive about having periodontal or dental work done. read more

Very efficient, thoughtful and professional initial appointment accommodated on short notice.

I went to Dr Schrott for a front tooth implant that also included the extraction, bone and gum graft. I chose him as a result of the highly recommended reviews online and he not only met those accolades but he exceeded them! The implant stage was done by Dr. Schrott and the rest (abutment stage) was done by another dentist. Both worked perfectly in sync with each other to make sure everything went according to plan. I can't say enough about how happy I am with the result, it exceeded my expectations. Dr. Schrott is such a perfectionist - you cannot distinguish between the implant and my natural teeth. He and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, extremely caring, accommodating, personable and friendly-- truly top professionals. I highly recommend Dr. Schrott and his team! read more

Dr. Schrott is amazing. He has worked with me and my difficult teeth, even referring me to an exceptional endodontist when he thought that I may not need implants because I am so much younger than his general clientele, and may not need to go to such a drastic measure. I ended up having to have an implant anyways and he fit me into his schedule when he realized what a difficult schedule I have (just starting my new job!). I will be referring anyone who need work done by a periodontist to him! read more
