I hired them to remove and replace baseboards and door trim through Home Depot's Pro service. They double-booked the day my project was supposed to start and instead of rescheduling (which I offered), they sent the owner's brother-in-law - who doesn't even work for the company - into my home. He caused damage, and the work was sloppy and incomplete. The workmanship was terrible: - Boards weren't nailed securely - Large gaps between baseboards and walls - No caulking at seams - Only some nail holes filled - Some corners are mitered, others aren't - they're just boards stuck together for an unfinished, inconsistent look - They skipped spray painting the boards (as outlined in the contract), left several unpainted, and only painted the front face of others. After several text messages with Adam around my disappointment with the incomplete and sloppy work, they did offer to come back and fix things (contract has a workmanship guarantee) - but at that point, NO THANK YOU. The trust was gone, and I wouldn't feel comfortable letting them back in my home. I will likely have to rip half of it out and hire someone else to redo it - leaving me out a significant amount of money, and they don't care. Adam takes an 'Adam first' approach vs. a customer first approach as advertised. The finished product looks like a rushed DIY job I could've done myself. Unprofessional from start to finish.

He said they looked like they were "wrapped by my 4 year old grandkid." There was a leak on my porch roof twice during and right after construction and was told to move the A/C out of that window. They had me work with a door installer who told me box store doors were cheap and he doesn't install them but when it came time to install the door they gave me a cheap one from Menards that wouldn't lock. The person who installed it told me to go buy a new spring and lock for it. They left the siding around the door cut unevenly and unpainted and said they would come back for that and to install a new lock. I gave up on arguing over the cheap door. They never came back. They left garbage on my lawn twice and killed a bunch of my plants that never grew back. I got one B.S. line after another. They did fix some things after I pushed but didn't follow through on the rest. Really disappointed.
