Everytime I called I was told "I'll have to ask the mechanic and get back to you." Well I was told this almost Everytime I called and never got a call back. I understand with covid and parts being sometimes delayed it can take longer but this was ridiculous. I explained right from the begining it was my only vehicle. When I Finally got my car back it was over the cost they told me, wasn't fixed right. Still had same problem that caused my car to break down. So frustrated and disappointed. Never will I go to Carson's again.

I made an appt for an oil change but the lady who scheduled it had no idea how much it was. I made the appt and said I'd call for a price later. I called today and the owner answered... a very nice man (or so I thought). I asked how much the oil change was and after being put on hold twice, I was wondering what the big deal was to find out how much an oil change would be. Well.... I found out when he came back and finally told me an oil change was $70. I responded... really, for an oil change? He said yes. I said, I'm sorry I can't pay that please cancel my appointment. HE came back with..."Fine... find someplace else to have your oil changed and do NOT ever call back here for an appointment of any kind again" And he hung up. I really thought I found a great mechanic who is just around the corner from my house. I was referred to him by my brother who has had plenty of work done by him. Oh well..., it must be nice to have so much work that you can be nasty and tell people to find someone else to go. David Martin Piffard, NY

I had given Brian half down what he asked for to work on the vehicle and my now husband who worked with him at the time would work off the rest. Brian did not know how to properly take the car apart which resulted in parts being misplaced and missing and stuff getting messed up. I bought a running motor from someone who had the same vehicle, the motor was checked over thoroughly and was running with no issues. When brought up to Brian's shop he made me wait more than 3 months while my motor sat in his shop in god knows what conditions and refused to out it in as he had better stuff to do then tried to claim I didnt pay him when confronted. After all said and done when he finally decided to put my motor in my car now all the sudden the motor that ran now wouldn't even turn over. He tries claiming that it was a bad motor when in fact it was his neglect of over 3 months and such. Not to mention how many other people's rides he has neglected and took money for and still hasn't repaired because he is to busy with his friends stopping by to gab rather than completing actual work. He is very unprofessional and as soon as something doesn't go his way he takes it out on everyone else and doesn't take the blame for his own actions. I would not recommend him to anyone that needs any work done as you will be waiting several months and will have shit work done. Save your time money and headache and go to someone better
