I understand with covid and parts being sometimes delayed it can take longer but this was ridiculous. I explained right from the begining it was my only vehicle. When I Finally got my car back it was over the cost they told me, wasn't fixed right. Still had same problem that caused my car to break down. So frustrated and disappointed. Never will I go to Carson's again.

I dropped of our car about 5-10 minutes later they called and said I needed new TPMS all the way around for my vehicle $60.00 a piece x 4... Ok I know these go bad at times and price from the shop would be a little more than if I bought them myself. So, I said go ahead and replace. We hung up 5-10 minutes later got a call. Guy say your rims are not stock and are spray painted. Both complete lies but so what if they were or weren't he says the machine is scratching the rims because of it. Never ever heard of such BS. Think scratches were minimal I told he go ahead and do it. I need tires on to pass inspection which was already late. When I went to pick up vehicle total bill came to just over 429.00. That included my new tires balanced and mounted, with ne TPMS installed, tire disposal fee, and inspection. 1 other thing 4 completely GOUGED UP not SCRATCHED RIMs. Never again. I know 4 customers that will never be returning.

I was told i had a bad senser but received a notification on my Chev App the tire was low when I gave the OK to change the senser. According to Google this could not occur if a sensers battery was dead as I was led to believe. Also there is a 13 lb. difference between left front (45) tire pressure and right rear tire pressure (32) when I left and also after driving on Rt 490 at 70 MPH. for 60 miles. Mfg. recommend 35 PSI. I will never do business with Saddam's in Perry again!!!! Note: I am sharing my dissatisfaction of my experience with everyone i come in contact with because I have been financially taken advantage of and miss lead.
