This store is on the southwest corner of 16th Street and US 85 bypass, just southeast of downtown Greeley. They have gas & diesel pumps primarily for cars or small box trucks. My large commercial vehicle has to park at the curb out front. They have a large selection of packaged food and drinks + a small kitchen where they have make sandwiches and prepare Godfather's Pizza. Their restrooms (men & women) are clean. In my experience, the staff are friendly and efficient. They recently expanded their hours.

The current staff are rude and just seem to feel the customers are just an inconvenience. This includes the manager. We have been both livestock feed and fuel customers. The last several visits have just been a terrible and stressful experience. What ever you do don't ask a question of any kind you will get snapped at. We are done will not go back. Late last night, well technically super early this morning (3/11/26), I was approached by a…read morehomeless man inside the store that kept asking me if I had just shot and left someone in my car. I told him no and then he asked my friend the same thing in an aggressive tone, my friend responded with no as well. The man stared with anger in his eyes at us. We backed up until we were able to go down a different isle and get to a different part of the store. The man that was working at the time asked if he said or did anything weird to us and if we were uncomfortable, I told him what the man had said and that I was honestly pretty scared. The worker then told the man that he needed to leave. The man refused over and over again and started yelling. It wasn't until the worker had threatened to call the cops about 5 times for the scary man to leave. The man working made sure we were okay and also made sure we made it to our car okay. I wish I had gotten his name, but I would like to give that man that was working a shout out and a huge thank you! I didn't know what was going to happen in that situation but he did a great job looking out for us and made me feel so much safer and protected.

I tried to give local business a shot instead of going to Buccees. It's shocking that this place is still open. Expect a 10 minute wait every time. Expect the gas pumps to malfunction on your way to work. Expect to get yelled at for asking for a cashier. Subway person hides in the back. I feel like this is a psychotic mind game. The pumps are clean, the store is organized, and the service is efficient, so you can actually get in, get what you need, and get back on the road without wasting a bunch of time. What really sets QuikTrip a part is the selection. Everything is always stocked and ready to go, whether you're grabbing a quick snack, a drink, something from the cooler, or food from the roller grill. You don't walk into this place wondering if half the shelves are going to be empty. And the soda fountain? Clean. The restrooms and store? Clean. The pumps? Clean. Everything just feels maintained. It's definitely not one of those gas stations where you pull in for gas and discovered that the roller grill is empty, the coolers are half stocked, and the soda fountain looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the invention of carbonation.
