Although it's in the Strip District, it's far enough away from the general hubbub, plus they have their own parking lot.

Called yesterday to see where it was. They had no idea when it would be in and had no idea how to track it. Um ok. So we told them we needed other items and would be coming today to shop. We planned our day around going. Arrived today and met with a sign that we cannot go in. This information should have been told to us yesterday when WE TOLD THEM we were coming. We need to see what we are buying. So we called from our car to see where this item was we ordered a week ago and asked about yesterday. Now we are told that the manufacturer will not ship without prepayment and they had to get a credit card from an employee to do this. WHAT IS GOING ON? So this was not told to us yesterday ... apparently they sat on the order with our prepayment for almost a week. And we still had to ask again. No one called us to let us know. Now off to restaurant depot to get what we needed and ordered our item from another supplier. Complete waste of time to deal with them. If you like wasting your time and overspending , feel free to shop there. Consider yourself warned. Edit for Angelo's response - I completely understand covid guidelines. Most bulk stores require a membership. The store was clean and the employees were friendly. They had different things there that you don't typically see in a regular grocery store. So it was nice to switch it up for a change. Most of the products are in bulk sizes, but you are able to find some standard sizes as well. They don't offer bags, but do have boxes to put your items in after checking out. I had the expectation of saving a bunch of money by going here, but ended up spending the same amount as a typical grocery store trip. I'd definitely recommend this place if you are having a party or special event that you need to supply food for. They did ask if I was purchasing for a business at the checkout so I'm sure there's some sort of benefit with that.
