This tour is lovely. Is so romantic and lovely. Everyone is in such great mood. The Newport view was breath taking. The boat itself it's awesome, it was many of us, so a bit crowd it but overall it was great, I cant complain. The lobster dinner was delicious and fresh. The scenery was romantic, however, I went with my boyfriend and I was hoping to have privacy but we were seated with another couple and it was a bit awkward because I wanted to have bounding time with him but the other couple were just always talking to us and asking questions about our lives. I wouldn't mind if we were in a resort or something like that but not in this trip. I feel that people should be seated on their own specially because they were enough space and tables. I would go again next year, if possible!! read more

We did the Monday night Wine and Cheese cruise and was able to take our group of 11 friends on and we had a blast!!! Last summer we did the Lobster Boil sunset cruise and it is just as fun. We booked the Mimosa and Bloodys sail on the Aurora for the start of a 50th birthday weekend. So glad we did, the boat is gorgeous and the crew was so amazing. We had such a great time. We were greeted at the dock and went over the Covid rules and then boarded. We were each given a snack bag and 3 drink tickets. What a great deal for $45 The cruise sets off and goes through Newport Harbor, which is beautiful. Great friendly crew kept us entertained. Such a wonderful start to the day! My best friend used this for the night before his wedding. People were pretty well maintained while the crew were overly rude the whole ride. We pulled right in at 8:00 (2 hour boat ride) on the dock and while the super quiet and polite bride wanted 1 picture, the crew had 0 patience and yelled at us because we took 30 seconds to get close for the picture. Specifically the one girl who took the picture had to have been the absolute rudest person we have ever witnessed. Everyone was so thrown off by this and her rudeness was absolutely unacceptable. Very sour end to such a beautiful night before your wedding. I do not recommend. Go on a boat with staff who are respectful and professiona. What a disappointment for our friends who were supposed to have a special night. read more

Went on the Bloody Mary and mimosa sail. Ordered a Bloody Mary- they had none. So it was mimosas for everyone. How can you not have bloody Mary's on a Bloody Mary sail? It was a fun sail although we didn't go past the Fort and just went in circles. The staff did work hard to make sure we had drinks. read more

We did this schooner as a trial run as my son rented it for a prewedding party for his guests this coming week. We did the wine and cheese cruise. It was an A+ experience the staff were knowledgeable and friendly and the ride in Newport Harbor was gorgeous ! I am truly looking forward to providing this experience for our guests next friday june 24 th. My only critique was that the cheese and cracker sampler was a bit small . But the ride, the view the people were superb! read more

The husband surprised me with a two hour boat ride on the Schooner Aurora this past Monday evening while in Newport. The captain and his crew were great! The views are beautiful! This was our first time but we would definitely go back. Next time we would bring another snack besides the cheese and crackers that were provided along with some waters as we only showed up with a bottle of wine not knowing you could bring other beverages and snacks. What an amazing night ! The lobster boil/sunset cruise was simply beautiful. We started under a pretty tent with great staff. From the guy who greeted us in to our waitress our dinner was the perfect date night! Then we walked a short walk to the slip while checking out all the amazing Yachts and boats along the way. The actual boat ride was spectacular ! We set sail and the sunset and views were picture perfect ! The crew was so fun and very nice. They made the ride so much more enjoyable. We brought our own bottle of wine worked out great ! 100% would do it again and recommend to anyone. This was also during covid. So everything was clean and they had hand sanitizer and wipes for everyone, gloves if you wanted. I never once felt uncomfortable ! Enjoy read more

Run by incompetent skippers. Once tried to run me down while I was on starboard hove to. Aurora was on port tack. The idiot skipper seemed to think he could push everyone around because he was bigger. I yelled at him "I had right right of way you fool. Go read the rules of the road." My helm was lash as I was demonstrating heaving-to. I had to cut my lashings to narrowly avoid being hit passing within inches of that moron captain. Worse he violated my right of way second time when I was on port tack by failing to maintain his course, hunting me when I tried to get out of his way. I filed a complaint with the US Coast Guard and still have a copy of this letter. If I knew who the captain was I'd punch him out for risking my life and the lives of my two students. read more

Our family was so excited for our Wine and Cheese cruise. It looked like with the weather it may not happen but the clouds and rain were gone by the time our cruise started. The crew were making sure everything was dry and safe for us as we boarded the boat. It is a beautiful sailboat! This experience was so much fun and unforgettable. We had the pleasure of eating a lobster boil for dinner overlooking the marina for the first hour and a half and then set sail on a schooner for the next hour and a half after dinner. We had the sweetest waitress. The lobster was cooked well along with the corn, chourico, and potatoes. However, there were a lot of mussels that had not opened when getting cooked and therefore could not be eaten.. It was one of our birthdays and the waitress gave us a FREE slice of mouth-watering cheesecake with a candle in it and sang us happy birthday!! The crew on the schooner was super friendly and very accommodating -- they offered to take pictures of us. We were also allowed to bring drinks on the boat so we bought a new bottle of wine to share during the sail. Overall, it was a great way to end the evening and we definitely recommend this experience! read more
