This review is not about lessons but about their repair services:…read more Took my sons guitar in for a restringing on a Saturday. I was called the following day and Notified that the guitar restringing was Completed but that the neck needed adjustment & the repair person for that isn't there but would "probably" be in on Monday and someone would call me back. From Monday to Thursday I called daily to get an update on when the guitar would be ready and each time I got a different person and had to explain the situation to each of them and each time I was told I'd get a call back with a date it would be complete. On Thursday afternoon, I went into the store and asked for my sons guitar back as it still had not been repaired. I then drove directly to Axes Music in Mokena where the owner, Bill greeted me as I walked through the door. He inspected the guitar, took it in back and within 10 mins, completed the adjustment. He also commented on the "odd" restring job that was done at House of Music. I gave two stars instead of one because everyone I talked to at House Of Music was considerate, it was the last persons suggestion that I just come and get the guitar as he admittedly had no idea when it would get repaired after texting with a "manager" about it.
