The public restroom were dirty and no working soap dispensers and the hallway to the restroom had boxes on left side along the wall. At first I thought we are in the inventory room but we followed the sign for restrooms. My nephew was looking for a pedal but they were slim selection but the staff offered to order product but we declined. Looking at their products was looking very disorganized and sloppy in the display. Even the staff felt bad how the displayed looked and muttered the place was in bad shape.

They got my horn to me in time. Today I picked up my horn from another cleaning and some dent removal and am more than happy with the results. I brought my horn in on a Wednesday, and they had it ready on Friday! The main dent pulls look great, and they even helped me get some niks out of the bell from mouthpiece drops, purely aesthetic. Not only do they have reasonable prices for cleaning and fixing a horn of this size, they also replaced my valve pads and spit valve corks for me, no extra charge. Jay's not like that. Jay has the chops and he lets you learn in your own best way. I'm not super interested in learning lots of classic songs but I really dig learning about theory and song structures. He always fits the lesson to my interests in a way that is still challenging. I think music instruction is a really underappreciated skill and Jay deserves recognition for the way he helps us learners down the road.
