My son had some emotional regulation issues and they were so accommodating and even worked with his therapist to ensure they were supporting him in the best way possible. The administration team is also amazing and often supported my son when he was having a hard time in the classroom, worked with me and his therapist to give him what he needed, and always responded to him with love and kindness. He has shown soooo much improvement this year because of their love and support for him. We are so grateful for our experience there and would highly recommend this place to anyone! After not receiving a call back or a response by email even once after multiple attempts to reach out to you, I have decided to write to you on Facebook in the hope that this message might reach you. I am honestly frustrated with the lack of response from your office. I shouldn't think that an account closing process would be so difficult and drawn out.
