Christine helped answer all our questions, allowed us to make special requests (like including our dog in the photo shoot!) and guided us on what to wear and bring with us. She was very communicative and friendly throughout the entire process. During the photoshoot, we were amazed at Christine's creativity and ability to pose us and our baby in the cutest positions with ZERO fuss. She had such a good eye for detail and the magical ability to move our baby around with ease. Moreover, she had so many backdrops, swaddles, and outfits that she arranged our baby in on the fly and each one was somehow more adorable than the next! We were very anxious to get our photos back and hoped that in our sleep-deprived state we weren't somehow over-hyping how great the photo session went. Luckily, Christine was able to turn around our photos to us in under 2 weeks and we were BLOWN AWAY with the results. I cried when viewing the slideshow and was so excited to download them all. My husband mentioned how he could see the difference from the way she guided us through the poses. Also loved the time of day that was recommended (just as the sun was setting) because our photos came out so beautiful with the glow from the sun setting. She answered all our questions, provided input on the outfits that my daughter had chosen, and suggested locations based on my daughter's wishes. We decided to do a cake smash Photoshoot for our baby's 1 year birthday. After seeing the many cute…read morecake smash backgrounds that Tangram Studio had, we decided to book with them! Ted was very responsive and we were able to book an appointment for the following week (we took a day off in the middle of the week). We also decided to do the add on for family and pets. I LOVE that there's an option to include our furry family members! As much as I tried to plan ahead and get to the studio in time that day, my baby decided to fight his nap that morning. He eventually fell asleep.. but way too close to the time we had to leave. I reached out to Ted ASAP to ask if there was flexibility to push the photoshoot back a bit so my baby could take an hour nap so he's less likely to be fussy during the photoshoot. He had another scheduled shoot after ours but was flexible for us to come a bit later than scheduled which I was very grateful for! When we got to the studio, the cake smash background was already set up! The studio was so clean! There was a room for us to change the baby and put all our stuff in - there was also a changing table and diaper pail in there! Ted and his assistant were so great with our dogs and baby! They were patient and knew how to get our baby to laugh and look at the camera. There were a few times where I was ready to give up because handling a baby and two dogs for a photoshoot was a lot more difficult than I thought it would be! Ted was so patient with them and continuing to try his best to take the perfect shot for us. I really appreciated that because there were some amazing photos we would have missed out on if not for Ted! Cleanup was super easy - we brought wipes to wipe our baby down and then took him to the bathroom to do a quick rinse before leaving. I was surprised that we got our proof gallery two days later! The unedited proof gallery pictures were honestly high quality and I would not have known they were unedited if they didn't tell me! We received our edited photos 2 weeks later. I was so happy with the fast turnaround time! I asked Ted if he could fix my hair in the family pictures and he was able to do so for me (thank you!!). I'd absolutely come back for another photoshoot in the future and would highly recommend Tangram!
