I am so fed up with the fact that so many companies only care about there bottom line and fail to see that their bottom line grows when they help customers. This company is failing at that.The people at the service desk always seem very unfriendly too... In total, about 2 weeks of work on the rig in the shop doing MAJOR upfits. Just an absolutely awesome experience with an expert team all around. My lead on the project was Matt, the assistant manager. He's a good, knowledgeable guy who digs all things trucks. Johnny the mechanic knows his stuff like a master. I threw lots of stuff at both of them and they figured it all out. The rest of the team helped out and is equally solid. Bottom line, these guys will take expert care of your rig. Also...not a single item of concern on pricing EVER. Always SUPER fair.
