I went in thinking I could get a cup holder, because I walk with a can. They were out of them. You know how you ask a person about an item or something, and they kind of blow you off, well Natalia went and searched for some for me. When she returned, she told me they didn't have anymore. I was like don't worry about it. As I was gathering my things, I saw a look if concern in her face. She asked if she could help me out the door. I told her no thank you, my husband was outside. Little does she know that it meant the world to me. She was so nice, and to find customer service of that source is a rarity. Just want her to know it was appreciated, and hopefully Pilot appreciates her. Thank you Natalia!

Usually a penny or two cheaper than truck stops in the surrounding area. DEF available at the first two diesel pumps out back. Total of about 8 diesel pumps available. Nice layout, typical for Mr. Fuel. Plenty of lighting throughout. Scale available. The food bar is open, just like every other Mr. Fuel location. Same foods, too! Buy some fuel and get a free shower. It's easier to find an available shower than it is to find an open parking space. Ahem - about those transient parking spaces for the big rigs. 7 on each side of the parking lot as you exit the fuel island. Yep, a total of 14 parking spaces. Looks as if they took layout lessons from the Pilot truck stops, except they didn't try to mark 20 spaces where 14 should be. If it hadn't been for the extremely small parking lot, this location would get 5 stars in my book. As it is, this facility is clean, clean, clean! Again, typical of any Mr. Fuel location I have visited. It's worth the visit if you are passing through.

There are four registers, unfortunately three of them had signs saying "Register Closed." The clerk at the only open register seemed to be having trouble with the process of allowing credit card payment. After several minutes I was able to swipe my credit card and prepay. But of course the pump failed to print a receipt. Next time I'll turn the other direction and go to Loves.
