Absolutely terrible office with ridiculous wait times. The good reviews elsewhere are a mystery…read more One of my biggest frustrations aside from the waits is that I almost never saw the doctor himself. They often had the bulk of the visit with assistants, very young PAs with little experience and residents. I could add more details later. Go elsewhere.

Waiting times are extremely long even if you made an appointment. Anyway I tried to make an appointment for my annual and also I've been feeling dizzy so urgent care told me to go to my pcp. The lady at the front desk was being very rude raising her voice and tries to convince me that I need to see the physician assistant instead and wouldn't allow me to visit for my annual because I came in for one 11 months ago. I'm tired of these kind of conversations from that office. Finding another pcp. This is office is a joke.

I would unequivocally recommend his practice to anyone who needs a urologist. You won't regret it. Thanks again doc!!! If I could give 6 stars I would.

Unfortunately, over 3 instances I have been left feeling very underwhelmed with the service. One instance I had to HOUND the front office to put in a new prescription with my insurance for over a week and a half! One instance I was hung up one before I could finish asking questions for clarification! It is just not the environment I would expect such low quality service to be acceptable. Unfortunately going to have to find a new Dr. Highly recommend the Doc but the staff is NOT on the same professional level, unfortunately.

I had a 1 pm appointment with Dr. Cohen and was not put in an exam room until 3 HOURS later. While I Finally was placed in an exam room I had to wait ANOTHER HOUR to be seen. Dr Cohen did not apologize for the long wait instead he sat down and proceeded to ask me questions. When I finally got my test results two weeks later (Dr. Cohen was on vacation) Instead of the covering physician calling me to discuss my results, I was contacted by a nurse who was not knowledgable nor aware of my diagnosis. I DO NOT make it a habit on writing reviews, but my true dissatisfaction with this provider led me here.
