A professional gutter company should not use a leaf blower on wet leaves with no vacuum attached and leave a mess all over the house let alone I am paying to have leaves blown down my downspouts. He had no vacuum or hose. He said he would do his best to use a rag. Please do not blow wet leaves on the house and landscaping. I am worse off than before. I need to get up there and hose it out myself because people are swamped in the Spring. Company apologized and said we will send him back out. To do what? He has no hose or vacuum. Beware.

Phil did my house with new sheeting, siding, and all new windows where every window has leaked…read moreafter a year. From the beginning he mismeasured every window. I gave him a chance to come out and fix it which he tried to hide the problem with silicone. I expressed my concern with the drafts and more water coming in and he flipped out and blocked my number. He is not a man of his word and I have to take the legal way and have someone else fix this 50k + job. DO NOT USE this contractor he can't take blame and lashes out on his customers. I have videos from my property where he was calling me names and screaming. He blocked my number since he can't talk like a regular human being. UPDATE After Contractor Responded to this review: First off windows were installed a year and half ago not two years. Phil denied to remove the trim around the windows and just wanted to put a BAND-AID on this and trap more moisture in the walls because he didn't want to make this right. I have had other contractors look at this and said the bottom trims were installed wrong, the outer trim needed to come off and sheeting and tape needed to be investigated further which Phil didn't want to do since he wanted to take the easy way out. If he didn't mismeasure the windows he wouldn't of had to do the trim work he is saying he did. Funny thing is when he figured he mismeasured the windows he offered to eat the cost and order new windows, but that offer went bye bye very quick. Also I have all receipts and change orders for additional trim work and all the sheeting that he added on. I paid to have the electrical done as well he is referring too. I kicked him off the job because he stole my material and I caught him on camera and when I confronted him about it he flipped shit and was calling me names and yelling on my property which I then kicked him off. Mind you this was at the end of the project, but doesn't matter Phil took numerous vacations and barely worked on the job site so maybe if he was more present he would of been able to manage his staff and oversee the job. He says it was his material when I have all receipts and the original contract where I paid for all material UP FRONT. This dude just can't admit he's wrong and has to lash out and lie. Thanks to him my family has been in a black mold infested house for his shoty work and now I need to have it fixed and pay for it out of my pocket to make it right then go after him for the additional cost.
