When we had questions, they were helpful - but not pushy. Their pricing was fair, but I was concerned about the cost of shipping items back to the USA. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the shipping costs were also extremely fair, and were offset by the VAT savings for international purchases. The package arrived at our home faster than we had anticipated. The care taken in packing the products was immediately evident. All of our items were in perfect condition!
