Beyond tuning, I purchased a humidifier for the Kawai baby grand that has worked very well through many dry Minnesota winters. Of course, I'd love to spend less, but the bill seems to be in-line with their competition. In addition, they always prompt me every 6-12 months that it's time to tune (though I don't always choose to tune the upright every year).

I was patient anyways and asked him to text me some times when he would be available to tune. (Although I think calling me would have been more professional since that's how I contacted him first and that's just what you do in business, you CALL people to gain a clear understanding of what they want/need.) Well, I never heard from him for any appointment times so I set up service with another company. If you're too busy to call back or whatever the reason, at least let your customers know. I will never recommend Mike to anyone. Kind of sad my experience was negative before I even met the guy.
