Fairfield replaced a few but not the 15 hollies that must have been diseased when they planted them. Fairfield will not stand behind their warranty despite numerous calls from all the homeowners. They have given us Party line responses saying the winter was harsh (we had one week of real cold here) and that the Hollie's will recover (I doubt it). Such a disappointment in this local company that doesn't seem to care about residential work purchased by individual homeowners. They are only interested in local developers and big jobs. Warranties mean nothing to this company.
