Service was great. They gave us menus in English. The server was a bit perplexed when we ordered Käse Spatzen, soup, side or fries and sauerkraut. Idk that he ever gets people ordering just a side.... He had to go get help. Draught beer options were fine.
Food was very hot and fresh. The käse was very strong if you like it that way. My husband does and said it was very good. It was a bit much for me.
I would not recommended the soup though it's a personal choice. If you like that sort of soup, the broth was good. The side salad was the most impressive. Great little piles of shredded carrots, cucumbers, and cabbage in marinades dressing with fresh lettuce and beautiful tomato slices. Dressing was heavy and a bit oily but so good.
The server was just as confused that we left so much of our food but we hit a wall of exhaustion and had to cut it off.
Generous portions for the price. Very friendly staff.
