The roof really didn't need replacing, but mom wanted to update and she wanted to go back to Bruce Peters. Apparently he has sold the company. I had a horrific experience start to finish Including men sitting on my roof drinking beer. Well, now I had a plumber try to find the source of a leak and it appears that my roof is leaking I don't know if this company is still in business, but it's no longer owned by Bruce Peters, so steer clear. Not sure what recourse I have.

We're about to put our house on the market and it's been like pulling teeth to get anyone to come out and do work (electricians, plumbers, roofers-- forget it). We have an odd sized kitchen window that somehow got a crack in it and let's face it, not a good look. We called a bunch of local glass places and couldn't get anyone to commit and then found Sal who came out immediately to give us an estimate. He was booked up for a few weeks but because he had a cancellation, was able to fit us in ahead of our photo day and open house! He and his assistant came and replaced the window in less than an hour. The best part was that the price was 50 dollars less than the estimate. How cool is that? 100% recommend.

I called Reliable Glass & Door to come and replace a large picture window in the front of my house…read morethat was damaged. The window was about 14-16 ft in the air, so I wanted them to come see what they were getting into. We scheduled an estimate for later that week and Josh came out to look at the job and give me a accurate estimate, which was similar to the price I was quoted over the phone. Today, 3 guys ( Aidan, Will and Josh ) showed up right on time to do the installation. They took their time, they covered all the surfaces in my home, not only with drop clothes but with thick cardboard, and made sure they were able to replace the window and leave my house even cleaner then when they arrived. They installed sliding glass windows, and the wheels underneath would come off the track, get stuck, etc. We would call & complain and days later their installers would come in to try and repair the windows. Within the next couple days we had the same problems with the windows again. Every time (3 - 4 times) they would come and "repair" said windows, we would get billed for the terrible service they provided. Our last phone call with them consisted of complaining that we keep getting billed for repair work that has NOT been successful, and we were told they would need to replace all 3 sliding windows, a billable service. We thought that they might be willing to repair or replace the windows at no cost this time, considering we've spent hundreds if not more for products and services BELOW STANDARD. We will never use this company again, or recommend their poor service.

This company was a breath of fresh air from the minute I walked into their office unannounced on a…read morecold winter snowy day. I was warmly greeted by Dayton, and Kim I had a unique situation as I needed a retrofit to match an existing 25 yr old granite kitchen counter? Kim found a substantial size 10' slab I needed, at a supplier in New Jersey. Then it was shipped to Albany, Kim encouraged me to go look at and compare . Once I gave the Ok Kim shipped it back to her shop in Kingston. In the interim her crew came to my house and removed the old counter, and made the needed template. Making sure all was to their standards for install. We set the install for two months later as I was about to leave for vacation. While I was away, Caliber crew cut the slab to exact template and cut the sink. I sent the sink directly to Caliber per Kim's help and direction. The install was a date almost 60 days out per my schedule. On the exact day of install, a crew of three headed by Miguel (also did removal and template) showed up 8:30 sharp. The installation is flawless, combined with impeccable clean up and professionalism from start to finish. I'm a builder of numerous homes, and I owned and operated the largest Home Improvement company in Dutchess county for forty years.
