I was referred here by a trusted high school friend who is also a dental hygienist. I was taken in almost immediately. Doc Sevarino gave me a complete consult and identified all problem areas. Let's just say I drink soda like water. I was given a referral to a local endontologist (spelling). The entire process was less stressful than expected. Just recently I cracked a molar in two. My only real day off is Monday. I was able to get in with no fuss. They work well with my insurance. They are quick, gentle and just a great group of people. Plus the fact they make it a point to know you by your first name and generally care it's refreshing. If you're looking for a place that will actually care about you and what they are doing, then this is the place to go!

They just called to cancel them again and tried to rebook into 2024 because they cannot find a dental hygienist and could not understand why this is an issue. While I don't think most people have experienced 10 out of 10 pain I can say that if you do have trigeminal neuralgia you probably have. While I was experiencing attacks from my undiagnosed trigeminal neuralgia Dr. Richards misgendered me over and over the whole time to her dental assistant and hygienist while they were trying to find the source of my pain. You can't exactly correct someone when they have their hands in your mouth, but my legal name is Veronica and insult was added to injury by the way I was treated. I filed a complaint with the Ohio Dental Board about this matter as well.
