Nicole was an asset to us in her execution of the majority of the day-of responsibilities we as the bride and groom couldn't handle. However, there were significant difficulties in the process that required us to take a much more active role than we had expected. At the two week-out mark, we had not heard from Nicole since our intro meeting one month prior, and I asked that she get in touch with our vendors who were emailing me directly. Based on the timeline and division of responsibilities she shared with us, this was to be managed by her. She apologized and explained that another wedding had taken her time during the first two weeks of our month, and that vendors were on her to-do list. When she did reach out, our wedding date was incorrect in many of the emails (1 week off). There continued to be incorrect or partial information distributed to our vendors or added to our timeline. For example, we handed her a complete shuttle schedule organized down to the minute and she translated it into her timeline software with only a start time. We went through round after round of revisions, communicating the exact same details until it was accurately reflected. I think Nicole sensed our frustration and was quick to make the adjustments and move forward with an ever-positive attitude. She was quick to respond and make herself available for phone calls. Unfortunately, these repeatedly missed details only two weeks away from our wedding made us lose trust in Nicole and nervous for the wedding day. Nicole's assistant was not helpful. I asked that she direct my grandparents, who were confused where to be for the ceremony, while we were needed for wedding party photos. She disappeared and I was left to deal with the issue myself. She arrived at our black-tie optional wedding in a bright orange jumpsuit and is in the background of a lot of photos. She interrupted photos later to ask a bridesmaid for pens for our guest book but left without the pens. Small details, but on the day-of these things added to our unease. At 11:59pm, security came in to alert the band that they needed to wrap up and my husband and I were unable to find Nicole or her assistant. The music stopped, and it was up to us to take the lead and direct all our guests out of the venue. It was pretty uncomfortable for everyone. After about 30 minutes of checking in with our vendors and doing a thorough sweep of the venue, Nicole and her assistant showed up with our personal belongings. We would have liked to leave the venue with our guests and leave the vendor coordination to her. Instead, we were the last guests to leave the building after our long wedding day, almost an hour after the party ended. Nicole managed the load-in of our venue and went out of her way to help us pick up our cake when it could not be delivered. She and her assistant moved all of our décor and remaining alcohol back to our hotel room at the end of the night, above and beyond what we expected. She met all of our feedback with grace and positivity. With more attention to detail and support during the full, contracted 4 weeks before our wedding, many of the frustrations could have been avoided, and would have made us feel more at ease on the wedding day.

She's kind and really knows weddings. I had so many questions, and she remained patient, answering them all. She created incredible timelines for all parties (bridal, photo, vendors, etc.) and saved us hours if not days. Nicole ran a great rehearsal which made it super easy for the officiant/bride's brother to oversee his first wedding. On the day of the wedding, Nicole arrived bright and early helping to set up everything we brought. She kept us on schedule and helped calm our nerves. I never had to think about what time it was because Nicole was there to get us to the right spot. At the end of the night, Nicole and her team packed everything up and transferred it to our hotel so that we didn't have to worry about anything. I sent out a survey with questions that I asked everyone to answer via Google surveys (for some reason!). Tiffany was the only planner who filled out the survey. This is to say that she is the one who understood that this was something that was important to me, so she made it important to her too. This is the quality of Tiffany's that set her above everyone else; from the very first time we met, she worked to make my priorities her priorities. The sound system wasn't working correctly at the beginning of our ceremony, which was such bad luck- we overheard our DJ successfully test the equipment while we were getting our photos taken. It resulted in about a 10 min delay before the ceremony started- in that time interval, Tiffany got warm cider for my mom and my (now) husband's mom, while simultaneously corralling the bridal party to keep them organized and ensuring the momentum of the event didn't get lost in the delay. Everyone cheered when the mic started working again, which diffused all of the anticipatory pre-ceremony tension. Our moms talked (and are still talking!) a lot about the warm cider Tiffany got for them. When faced with the inevitable hiccups that happen during weddings, I promise you that you will want Tiffany there to deal with them. You will not be in a state to deal with it yourself, and knowing that Tiffany, someone with the knowledge, experience, professionalism and temperament to handle it, will absolutely make your day. No matter how big-hearted and generous your family is, it is difficult to get people to do the parts of the wedding that are actually work, like, for example, making the place cards that have the guest's name with their table numbers on them. It's also a big favor to ask of relatives, and it is such a relief to know that you have someone in your corner who you can really count on to get this stuff organized and done. For example, when the aforementioned place cards at my wedding didn't get done beforehand, a detail that was brought to our attention several hours before guests started arriving, Tiffany got all 120 place cards printed that day. Truly incredible, I wish our federal government was like 1/4th as effective as her, we would definitely all be cruising with free health care by now. Tiffany is the wedding industry's equivalent of Olivia Pope. When I asked my husband what wedding advice we would give to other couples, it would be to hire Tiffany!! It was the best decision we could have made. We are so happy with how everything turned out- we were guests at our own wedding!! We just got to enjoy the day, which is exactly what we wanted to do. I never expected a perfect wedding but that's what I got because Tiffany was there to handle it! We love her!

As the wedding got closer, we worked with another member of her team who was going to be the day of coordinator. Her and Alex worked together well, but we could really see the difference. Many of the final details took a long time to get right and we should have raised the red flag there. When the wedding came, the seating cards were incorrect and not what was agreed to. They also failed to double check we had all the tables set out for the reception, we were one short which caused a decent size disruption. The name cards Alex's team printed also spelled the grooms name wrong, the team didn't leave out the guest book and even more. You count on companies like these to really nail the details and it did not work out for us. We suggest couples take caution if they work with other members of Alex's team.

I was pleasantly surprised when I listened to my first (of many) voicemails from Grace. She sounded so sweet, organized, and ready to get started. I heard from both the bride's and groom's families that they were unhappy with her services and her behavior. Any question asked was met with rude responses. It is clear her and her team cannot manage large multi day events. I saw her behavior for myself on more than on instance and will not recommend her to anyone else. It is one thing to be organized and be assertive but arrogant and rude in this line of work is totally uncalled for.
