As soon as I walked in the environment was calm and clean, the receptionist was friendly and checked me in quickly. The chiropractic office is large and offers several types of technology to help with adjustments and other services. The doctor was kind and informative, and I left feeling upright and really good. From the first day I came in they went above and beyond to do everything they could to relieve the pain from my injuries and start the healing process They immediately ordered the MRIs that I needed and exrays that they do ALL IN HOUSE or in another of their Complete Care facilities which was so helpful to me. They scheduled the appointments with their Neurologist and Orthopedic Surgeon so I didn't have to drive anywhere unfamiliar and that was a comfort. Their on staff chiropractor Dr. Medina is one of the most knowledgeable and professional doctors and her treatments are helping me every visit that I see her. She prescribed everything I needed for my injuries like my fabulous back brace and TENS unit, lidocaine patches and ice packs. The doctors take time to go over any new issues you have each visit and continue to work on the existing in a timely and professional manner. You have options of visiting Dr. Dustin or Dr. Stephanie, or trading back and forth (depending which day you come in). They both have their own techniques which makes a world of difference. I truly appreciate both of the doctors. Dr. Dustin even did some research into a particular issue I was having that no other chiro has ever addressed in the last 20 years. Even my doctor told me it was just something I had to live with. Now that I'm getting the full treatment my body needs I really do see a ton of improvement and they are helping me work towards being successful and pain free and not dependent on chiro treatments forever. My quality of life has greatly improved not only from the treatments but also from following the advice for exercises and stretches. Need a massage? They have a massage therapist available by appointment. Need acupuncture or cupping? Beginning around February 2022 you'll be able to schedule in office treatments. I love the convenient location. The chain allows you to utilize the visits at any location and I've always gone as a walk-in. I primarily use this location and have also had success using my visits in Georgia. I have found them to be good for what I consider to be "maintenance" issues and for injuries or accidents, I went do another Chiropractor for x-rays, etc. So, except for when I was receiving care after a car accident, this is where I've gone. Thus far, I haven't had any issues or complaints. The staff is always friendly and the Chiropractors seem to always take a quick minute to check your file and ask a few questions before they get started. I had just purchased a 10 visit package prprior to the car accident. After an extended period of time (more than a year) doing care with a different Chiropractic Office, I was able to return and use my visits without any issues. The Office is always clean and organized. As a walk-in, I don't recall ever waiting longer than 10-15 minutes. They are located in a Plaza that shares a parking lot with other businesses but even when the lot is crowded parking has not been an issue.
