One would think that you hire a Professional to assist you with legal matters. Extremely arrogant attorney who was full of himself yet failed to review basic case law as well as filings related to cases, because of this... the court rescheduled the date. This could have been avoided if they read the case instead of completely fumbling. We ended up hiring another attorney and from day one they were asking the right questions and prepared us for trial.
