We came in hoping for a simple adjustment for my wife to see how things went before committing to anything long-term. Instead, chiropractor JC Gonzalez came across as arrogant and dismissive, and there was a strong push to sign up for one of their more expensive programs right away. When my wife explained that she preferred to start with a single session and think about future visits, his attitude noticeably changed. The interaction felt rushed, and the level of care and attention dropped off once it was clear she wasn't ready to commit financially on the spot. Overall, the experience felt more like a sales pitch than patient-centered care. We were looking for a professional, respectful approach--not pressure to make an immediate decision. We will not be returning.
