In my opinion his representation of me was both ineffective and inefficient. He was never current with the details of my case. At my deposition he was not aware of the details as they concerned me, and consequently did not effectively represent me. At one point he attempted to settle my case without my permission and knowledge. Eventually my insurance company retained a new attorney. From that point on, once the plaintiff was aware of my position on the matter, she allowed the case to expire and she received no settlement from me. In my opinion Tim Blaine represented himself first, and me, his client, second.

Going to an experienced attorney like Gabriel Liberman who specializes in Bankruptcies can make a big difference. It sure did for me! I started out with a different attorney who charged a little less and lived in my area, but I found out quickly that you get what you pay for. When I was getting started with the paperwork, I asked that attorney a question about how to fill out a form. He was so rude and demeaning my mouth was hanging open as I listened to him. I literally hung up and cried! It wasn't worth being treated like that to save a few dollars. I decided to find a different attorney. From my first phone call with Gabe Liberman, I knew I was in better hands. Gabe answered my questions without making me feel like an idiot and walked me through the process from beginning to end. He was always professional and knew exactly what he was doing. I could relax, as much as you can relax going through bankruptcy, because I knew I was in good hands and could trust him. Take it from me, it makes a difference who you choose when deciding to go through this process. I highly recommend Gabriel Liberman without hesitation.

From day one, Rob passed the vibe check -- and that mattered more than I can explain. After my car…read moreaccident, I was emotionally and physically shaken. Rob immediately acknowledged and validated what I was going through, and he continued to do that throughout the entire process. He is incredibly smart and direct, but what really sets him apart is his ability to bring light humor into situations that are usually stressful and overwhelming. He has a way of making you feel grounded without ever minimizing what you're dealing with. Anytime I needed to reach him, he was accessible and responsive. He quickly picked up on the fact that I'm naturally a bit of a worrier and a planner, and he went out of his way to keep me in the loop, answer my many questions, simplify the complicated legal stuff, and reassure me when I needed it. He explains things in a way that actually makes sense -- no confusing legal jargon, just clear, straightforward guidance. It's very clear that Rob does this work not just because he's good at it (which he absolutely is), but because he genuinely finds purpose in helping people feel whole again after an accident or injury. He worked hard on my case, and I am truly pleased with the outcome. While I sincerely hope I won't need an attorney again anytime soon, I would return to Rob or refer him to friends and family in a heartbeat. I'm so grateful he was in my corner through all of it.

It was a traumatic event that if it weren't for the Law office of Wilcoxen Callaham, LLP, especially Drew Widders (and Denisa), I would have been lost. From the beginning, Drew was about me as a client, especially my health. I remember our first conversation we spent a great amount of time discussing my health, prognosis and the road ahead. It was great to have representation with such a focus on my health and the not financial outcome right away - I knew right away that I had chosen the correct law office and lawyer. Drew continued that pattern of support when it came to my legal representation. Any question or doubt that I had was well received and answered swiftly. Drew explained everything so well that I understood how it affected my case. I was never in doubt throughout the entire process. This past year, I was grateful that I had chosen his office because anything that I needed, Drew was there. It was a great experience. I won the case and my health is getting better everyday. I would give 0 stars if I could…read more I hired Tabo Law Firm after paying a $250 consultation fee. Matt told me he was confident in my case, so I trusted him and paid a $7,500 retainer. That trust did not last long. I provided my evidence and text messages during the first week. Months later, just two hours before my final trial, Matt told me he had reviewed the evidence and suddenly said the messages created significant liability for me. Why wasn't this reviewed when he first received my evidence? I was also charged for a hearing where Matt had another trial involving a different client, and I was charged for a 7-minute phone call in which he told me he couldn't appear at my hearing because he was sick. The final trial was even more frustrating. I clearly told Matt that I wanted to present my side to the judge and let the judge decide. Instead, I was sent outside for what I was told would be a short conference. Nearly two hours later, I was brought back and told that a mutual agreement and stay-away order had been reached. This was not what I understood I was hiring him to do, and I did not feel that my wishes were properly represented. To make matters worse, my court minute order lists M. Garcia as my attorney, even though I never hired M. Garcia and do not know who that person is. After paying $7,500 plus additional fees, I expected preparation, communication, and representation--not to have my evidence reviewed at the last minute and to leave court feeling like my case was handled without my wishes being properly heard. I strongly recommend carefully reviewing every bill and every court document if you hired this firm before. My experience was extremely disappointing. Save your money and go somewhere else. Don't waste your hard-earned money here.
