We walked in to perform some financial transactions and were greeted by an employee leaning against the coffee bar who immediately began asking for account information. When we explained that we were not comfortable discussing sensitive financial details in a public area with other customers within earshot, he directed us to a private office and asked us to wait. We sat there for 20 minutes, and no one ever came to assist us or even check on us. Meanwhile, there seemed to be plenty of employees standing around, getting coffee and hot chocolate, socializing with each other, and chatting with visitors. As we sat alone in the office under a security camera, waiting for help that never arrived, we couldn't help but wonder why we trust these people to handle our money. Beautiful facility, but the service was completely unacceptable. Our time is valuable and we departed without doing business.
