Further, within his practice, his two partners cover all aspects of eye-care so you have one-stop shopping within their practice. (Plus there's a contact lense place right next to their practice.)
I actually found it worth my while to drive out there from Hamburg just because I find it so difficult to find doctors whom I trust. If you expect the most from your doctors, it's worth it to find the people you're comfortable going to.
Finally, the reception is really friendly and all the people whom I dealt with while there were helpful and approachable. The practice itself is modern and open and as far as I can tell (I'm not a doctor), all the equipment is modern. The waiting area is spacious and everything is clean and orderly. There's parking for the offices right behind the building and there's usually plenty of places to park out front around the square in front of their practice.
