If that doesn't tell you what good luck this restaurant is, then maybe I'll speak less from the heart and more from the taste buds. My MANY experiences here have left me with nothing but AMAZING reviews. Whether it was dates, to parties, the Zum Hirschen always caters to your crowd, and they do so with class. The food is absolutely to die for, my favorite being their Kaese (Cheese) Spaetlze (Egg noodle) dish topped with onions and made with creamy, and delicious cheese. You definitely won't be disappointed with their Bratwurst (sausage) either. However, my absolute favorite thing about Zum Hirschen is something I didn't even have to pay for, and that is the Leberwurst. The traditional Leberwurst usually comes in slices (like a slice of ham, steak, or turkey would) however, at the Zum Hirschen in Parsberg, they make theirs into a spread that comes with a side of bread. This spread is always on the house but you can buy it right there in the restaurant as well. The texture and taste may be hard for some, but I encourage everyone to try it considering I liked it and I am the most picky eater ever! All in all, this is my go to restaurant when I'm in Parsberg. You will be left delighted with the amazing German atmosphere and food. Oh, and did I mention its also a hotel? Yeah, it's pretty freaking great!

I tried their Duck, Chicken dishes, schnitzel, spaghetti carbonera, fried rice, pho, and their various dishes of curry and it was all magnificent. Hands down this is thee best restaurant in this area of Bayern. The only thing I did not like are their small spring rolls so go big and do the two Vietnamese spring rolls because those are absolute heaven. If it was the last thing I could eat before I died, I would die with a happy pallette!
