We ended up going with another facility because they never offered daycare on Sunday. My dog would have been in her suite all day with only potty breaks and no exercise. There also wasn't an outdoor play area. The facility we did go with offered 20% off for new customers along with a military discount. They also offered a free assessment whereas they want to charge $25 here. These were things that made choose another facility along with larger play areas.

Comparing to PetSmart and Petco , this place has them both beat!! At PetSmart and Petco when I got them back their nails were still long which really upset me but here they did both the nail clipping and nail grinding to really get that nice cut they needed. Lex is truly one of the few groomers my dog completely trusts. She has never been aggressive or rough with him, and I can tell he feels safe with her because despite hating being groomed, he still runs up to say hi to her every visit. The quality of the groom is always spectacular. He comes home happy, clean, and looking amazing every single time. For the value, it is absolutely worth it. What started as a positive experience gradually declined. I was repeatedly told my dogs were matted and needed to be shaved. The final visit was the breaking point, one dog came back with a botched groom, and I was told the other also needed to be cut short with no real explanation or apology from the groomer or the owner. I would have gladly paid extra to have the knots carefully brushed or scissored out. I just wish someone had offered that option. Every add-on service comes with an extra charge, yet basic grooming care and communication seem to be lacking. My new groomer immediately put me at ease, explaining that if they find a knotted area, they work to shave only what's necessary and scissor the rest. That's the standard I now know to expect. It's a shame, because I genuinely liked their treats, but I won't be purchasing those either. The lack of professionalism and the owner's complete silence after a bad experience said everything.
