From the moment I hit the door, the hostess sets the tone with a warm welcome, and the bartenders keep the energy smooth and steady all night. The whole staff works like a team, and it shows. But the real standout for me is Gina. She's the kind of waitress every spot wishes they had. Attentive without hovering, friendly without being fake, and always on top of things even when the place is packed. She remembers what I like, checks in at the perfect moments, and somehow manages to make the whole experience feel personal. Gina is a big part of why I keep coming back. What I love most about Perfect 10 North is that I can actually relax here. No pressure, no awkward upsells, no one trying to pull you into something you don't want. The dancers are consistently gorgeous, talented, and genuinely great performers. They bring the entertainment without ever being pushy, which makes the whole vibe feel comfortable and classy. To be fair, I have not purchased any food here. But, I'm sure it is as good as fellow reviewers have mentioned. It's rare to find a place where the service, the atmosphere, and the entertainment all hit the mark every single time. Perfect 10 North pulls it off. Gina and the rest of the team make it easy to unwind, enjoy the night, and walk out feeling like your time and money were well spent. If you're looking for a spot that delivers great service, great energy, and a staff that actually cares, this is it.

On November 30, 2023, my sister was drugged with fentanyl while working at this establishment…read more Yesterday, December 1st, marked two years since she died, and I'm sharing this to warn anyone who works here or considers visiting. What we know from her case is that she was drugged inside the club. There was speculation that it came from a customer, but it could just as easily have come from someone she worked with. Several dancers chose to stay silent afterward, and some seemed more focused on protecting themselves than telling the truth. Do not assume staff or other dancers will protect you. What's even worse is this: Management and security never called the police. Not once. This was confirmed during the investigation. When she collapsed, security locked the place down, refusing to let people in or out for at least an hour. I was told a dancer even had Narcan in her locker, but security wouldn't allow her to access it. Imagine someone's life on the line--and management blocking the one thing that could've saved her. Somehow, she was eventually transported to the hospital. To this day, no one can tell me how she got there or who took her. The hospital released her within hours--confused, drugged, and alone. She was sent home in that condition. She died alone later that same day. Her boyfriend was working out of town when he got word of it all. He tried checking in, realized something was wrong, and begged for a wellness check. It took hours for anyone to actually open the door. By then, she was already gone. This was one of the worst experiences of my life, and what makes it even harder is knowing how many people failed her: - Club management who didn't call the police - Security who blocked access to help - Dancers who hid information - A hospital that released a woman poisoned with fentanyl - An entire environment that treats human beings--especially women--as disposable I'm sharing this because there are real risks working in places like this. If something happens to you, do not expect this establishment to protect you. Do not expect staff to put your safety first. Do not expect police to care either--this industry is treated like a grey zone, where women don't get the same protection or urgency as anyone else. My sister deserved better. No one deserves to die the way she did--surrounded by negligence, silence, and people too afraid or too selfish to do the right thing. If you're considering working here or spending money here, understand this: If something goes wrong, you are on your own. The lack of action, transparency, and basic humanity from the people in charge contributed to the worst outcome imaginable. Establishments that profit from vulnerable workers have a responsibility to protect them. Based on my family's experience, this place failed that responsibility in every way that mattered.

If you care about your safety, avoid this place. On our…read morefirst visit, we saw a dancer get assaulted, and when she begged management to call the police, they refused and just told the attackers to leave. Minutes later, the same man assaulted my husband. Management checked on him but kept us inside until the other group was gone -- and still never involved the police. The whole place felt chaotic, unsafe, and completely unprotected. Shady behavior everywhere, no real oversight, and leadership that seemed more interested in hiding problems than dealing with them. This isn't just a bad business -- it's a dangerous environment. Stay away. FYI. Cover price is 50pp and 100pp VIP ONLY full nude if you pay the 100pp cover. The waiters are really nice and only a couple of the dancers are good. I do feel bad for them as their bouncers are not there to protect them they are just there for $$. Stay away and save your money.

Where do I begin. First, the managers are quite ignorant and only care about making money to put in there pockets. Lets start with the GM David Aguirre, how many times has he been fired from other clubs. from Dallas to El Paso to RR, cant you take a hint, you have no idea what you are doing. WHO HIRED THIS IDIOT!! the asst GM Thai, HAHA, hes just dumb. They fire dancers for not paying above there recommended tip. ASKING FOR TIPS IS AGAINST THE LAW!! and you cant illegally fire a dancer, shes a contractor. She pays to work there. But Mgmt just seems to violate all kinds of rules they seem to not care until the place gets shut down. How many times I come in and dancers complaining about the house fee to work and then the tip out for the DJ, all the Mgers (typically 2-3 a night) and that boat they call a house mom Valerie. Shes as big as a house yet all the girls that talk to me says shes always drunk, does cocaine with waitresses and dancers and does nothing for them. So far every girl that has sat with me has a complaint about her. Now the waitresses, ugh. They make more money than the dancers do. You are a waitress, if I wanted you to dance for me, I would have chosen you from the dancers. stick to waiting tables, you guys are awful!! So Why do they make more money, because both managers and waitresses chase the dancers/Prostitute for more money not to say anything but to look the other way. Or they sit or dance for the customer even when a dancer is already there. So the dancers that don't do have sex in the club leave with nothing but when prostitutes come in with there pimps and have sex with customers they know they will make money that night. UGH this is not a brothel! What else do they condone, Rape, attempted penetration and Sexual Assault on a nightly basis. A girl cant complain about a customer inappropriate touching them without being fired!. I will never go there again. Fair warning, you WILL CATCH A DISEASE IN THIS PLACE!!! I hope you all take this WARNING seriously!! read more

I recently visited Rick's Cabaret and had an amazing time. Here's a rundown of my experience: Atmosphere and Ambiance: * The place has a professional, clean, and luxurious vibe. * Inside, it's beautifully lit with orange, yellow, and purple lights, making it really inviting. * The bar area looks super classy and adds to the upscale feel. * Bathrooms are clean and well-kept, which is always a plus. Parking: * There's plenty of parking, but it's a bit dark compared to other places, which can feel a bit sketchy. Staff and Service: * I was greeted warmly by a waiter as soon as I walked in, which was a nice touch. * The security setup is unique and impressive. Before heading to the private room for a lap dance, you give your money to a security guard who counts it and gives you the green light. This prevents any upselling and ensures a smooth experience. Dancers: * The dancers are mostly young Cubans, with 90% in their 20s and a few in their 30s. * They look like Instagram models, with some of the nicest double D's I've seen at any club. * The women are incredibly beautiful and fit, with amazing natural assets. * Surprisingly, I was first approached by a stunning girl with the best natural boobs I've ever seen. * The dancers are fun, playful, and seem genuinely happy to be there, which makes the experience even better. Lap Dances: * Each lap dance is around $30. * The dances are great, though some spots in the open room are a bit dark. Just ask for a seat with better lighting to fully enjoy the show. Overall Experience: * The club was surprisingly empty when I arrived, making the experience more personal and enjoyable. * Even though I usually prefer fully nude clubs, I give Rick's Cabaret a 10/10 for its top-notch service, stunning dancers, and luxurious atmosphere. If you're looking for a high-end strip club with gorgeous dancers and great service, Rick's Cabaret is definitely worth checking out. read more

This place is trash! First i applied online and was told by the G.M to go to the club and ask for Benny...I went to audition and the manager on duty Benny tried to steal my phone.!!. First he ask for my tip out up front before working!! I told him to let me go get my debit card out of my car to use atm but he insisted he wanted to hold my cell phone.. I then said no I need my phone but you can hold my car keys or I'll go get cash, politely. Benny then said no I want your phone and I.D. , I refused.. So then he yelled get dressed and leave you're not about your money... so I yelled back at him telling him he was unprofessional and if he was so much better than me why was he working there.!!. I was so pissed that he wasted my time with all the paperwork and dressing out... I asked him for all my documents and paper cuz I didn't want an unprofessional phyco having my social or info... Plus I sinced something was ill and not right about him... WATCH out traveling dancers... he could possibly be a pimp... either that or he really hated on me because he is gay and I looked better than him.. Hell he probably sells his ass out the club.. plus the bucktooth door girl thought she was a dime piece she was rude as hell lmao she looked like Fiona on crack... read more

Awful place. Horrible, dishonest, divey, and unfriendly. The dancers are unattractive, they only want you to go back to the "VIP" room for bottle service. The waitresses are great, but they also push drinks like a mother. The bouncers are also jerks and pat you down when you go in? Why? Not a club I want to go to if they have to pat you down. Apparently they are randomly deciding people are drunk and then saying they will call them a cab. But it's not a cab. They are privately owned cars by friends of Rick's owners and the bouncers. They do not have the permit or licenses or the insurance to be driving people around for money. Definitely a very low class club with a bunch of low class employees. I saw this 3 times. The guys weren't drunk. So I suspect the bouncers/owner is getting some kickback. Just stay away. Penthouse is close and so much better. I just checked my credit card and for some reason they charged me two times. I only had one tab, but there is also one for over $400 that I have no idea what it is for. I checked some of the filtered reviews(down at the bottom) and it appears Rick's has a habit of adding to the tab and charging you an "extra" tab..... Shady place. read more

Oook, so here is a review that isn't written by an employee currently on the Ricks payroll. This place is a trainwreck. Their business philosophy is a downright joke. They fired all the average and below entertainers (below meaning obese/old as hell). After about a week of having less than 5 girls on a day shift, they hired back all the obese/old meth-head types because the average/decent ones settled in across the street and didn't want to come back. So now thats what Ricks has. D-Squad. If you were a VIP member at Joy of Austin, prepare to pay your membership fees again. Wearing a baseball cap? Cargo shorts? Forget about getting in. Ricks is "better" than that. The bartender LITERALLY doesn't know the difference between a stapler and scotch tape. A request for a vodka tonic blows her mind. Oh theres also a cover charge 24/7. $20 dances from the same girls that you wouldn't pay $5 for a dance. Don't waste your time here. If you're in the area, go to Perfect 10 right across the highway. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Had the worst time every time I come, I've tried to give it a chance 3 times and just terrible. Beware of management , especially Robert he is racist towards people of color, they encourage the girls to be prostitutes, one girl got drunk and told me she had full blown AIDS and management was still telling her to have sex with customers for money. They will throw drugs in your drink if given the opportunity to so they can take advantage of you. Just absolutely a disgusting experience. And what makes it even worse is that the person who goes over these reviews will try to defend the people working for them instead of actually looking into them and getting better people to work for their establishment. read more

Mila was absolutely incredible. From the moment I sat down at her bar, she was extremely attentive, genuinely friendly, and made sure I was taken care of the entire night. She's obviously gorgeous, but what really stood out was her personality and the way she treated me. She was fun, engaging, easy to talk to, and somehow managed to make me feel like I was the only person at the bar even when she was busy. That kind of service is rare. I genuinely had one of the best nights I've had in a long time, and Mila was a huge reason why. Beautiful, professional, attentive, and an absolute pleasure to be around. If you come in, find Mila and sit at her bar--you won't regret it. I'll definitely be back to see her. read more

I got robbed recently at this establishment in the bathroom. I normally would think this place is a great place to go, but because no one not even security would help me out after this happened. I will never be back. I can't believe no one would help me even their bathroom attendants who was standing right there and saw the whole insident. After talking to the police and filling out a report I was told this is not unusual for this to happen at Ricks. I tell everyone to be very cautious when walking into this buisness. Personally I would take my interests to Perfect 10 across the street and talk to Aaron, they don't have this problem of clients getting robbed in their place. read more

I am extremely saddened by what I witnessed over the weekend. I came in to hang out and seen the manager Robert fire the dancer Holly because she refused to have sex with a customer for money. I don't see how they can allow a person like that be in charge of this establishment. Extremely disgraceful. I also seen the differences Robert makes between customers who are African American and customers of other races and it's really disappointing to see how African Americans are treated poorly here as customers and as workers. read more
