The menu had a really good choice and also so good set menu deals, we chose the menu for two which was £25.95 where you could chose any 2 starters, any 2 mains, any 2 rice dishes, 1 side dish and 1 Naan bread which I thought was very good value indeed. The drinks prices were also very reasonable. The food arrived promptly and very well prepared, the dishes were not in the normal chrome bowls but presented on some very nice white oblong dishes. Amazing taste and presentation of the food with generous and adequate portions which are a bang for your buck for sure. Very reasonable prices! Would highly recommend the mixed kebab starter, and the chicken tikka, tarka daal and lamb bhuna mains for the desi/Asian customers as they're at just the right spice levels. However they did cater to multiple locals and adjusted the spice levels accordingly (as per our conversation with our neighbouring couple at the table). Hats off to the chef Mr Saiful for his fabulous culinary skills. No wonder this place won best chef's award twice. We were thrilled to find that out later. Well deserved. The maitre'd Mr J / Javed was extremely caring and polite towards us, and guided us through the menu to make the right decisions. He knows his job very well! Good man and provided quick service. You should be prepared to be really specific about what curries you are ordering as part of the £10 deal otherwise you will end up in a really confusing situation like we did. We went with the sampler starter (I can't remember the name) that included chicken tikka, a seekh kebab, and one other meat I can't recall. The star of the appetiser was easily the chicken tikka; it was so tender and flavourful and seemed to be an auspicious sign of what was to come. Even if you decide not to go with the set meal, the prices on the individual curries are really reasonable, from about £4-something to £6-something. I ordered the Butter Chicken and asked them to make it hot and other dishes ordered included the chicken dopiaza, a chicken biryani, and a lamb karahi. I tried everyone's dishes and they were all amazing. Be aware that the karahi is quite spicy as it comes and we love our spicy foods. My partner and I ended up sharing a set meal and one curry on the side as the rice and naan were enough for us to share. At the end of your meal they will bring you a glass of brandy (for the men) and a small shot of Bailey's (for the ladies), which is a nice touch. The caveat on the vegetarian biryani is that it's just frozen veggies thrown in with the rice, avoid these limp veggies and just get the rice pulau. Service is very good, and you can't beat the price, for two people it's usually around $12 each, and with a group, you can get a great meal for around $8. Take-out is very thorough, they pack everything nicely. Head on out there and have some good, homey Indian food. Note: Do not sit on the right side of the restaurant on a sunny day. It's more of a greenhouse than a solarium.

I think the Scarborough boots is quite a nice size and does have an extensive range although it does miss out on some of the high end range you get in the bigger stores. They're frequent 3 for 2 offers are not to be missed as they make their products more than reasonably priced. Boots is one of my main christmas shopping haunts, the bonus points weekend when all the 3 for 2s are on is the time I get most of my shopping done.
