In frustration, we turned to Philip who immediately took charge and straightened out our booking. Philip is everything our first agent wasn't, quickly correcting multiple problems, including very uncomfortable flight arrangements. He kept in touch with us throughout the process, answered all of our questions and took the initiative to negotiate a nice cabin upgrade for us. I don't think you can go wrong working with Philip. I know that I'll be calling on Philip to arrange any future trips for us!

A week before the trip I questioned the rail tickets since it didn't appear to be 1st class. Konstatina assured me that all our tickets are first class. She said because it was in Italian i was confusing. Of course all of the tickets were coach. When we called them their response was the tickets were "first class coach" Really?
