Had their services for the last few years. when it came time for the…read morenew season of 2024 I sent a text message to the owner asking when service would start since it was almost April and that I didn't receive the contract I receive annually. He didn't respond until I called him and sent a few other text messages. His response was "we aren't servicing your account this year". When I asked for an explanation he said we are no longer doing call ahead service. I said ok I can leave the gates unlocked then so you don't have to call ahead. He said no we aren't servicing your account going forward. Very unprofessional from a business standpoint. If I received a form of communication at the end of 2023 or even the start of 2024 I wouldn't have had an issue. If I had known prior to the start of the season I could have secured another company. So I was left scrambling to find another company and ultimately my new services are pushed out a few weeks because they have other clients ahead of me. I believe the real reason that my account was dropped was because one day they called me 10 minutes before showing up to fertilize and my gates were locked. I said come another day because I didn't have sufficient notice and I was not close to home. Instead they still showed up and said the hopped the fence and fertilized my backyard. When I checked my cameras they did the front and never took a push spreader off the truck and they were never in my backyard fertilizing. I think he was pissed I called out his workers. Also each time they showed up last year it was like they were trying to break a Nascar record, they would be gone in 3 minutes and wouldn't blow off the sidewalk and driveway after fertilizing like they did in the beginning. Very lazy!!
