He hid a terrible job and caused issues twice for my son where brackets broke off. One time he even accidentally swallowed it. We had never had any issues before this. My son kept telling Dr. Brown that he had not put the brackets on correctly, but he ignored him, which led to us having to deal with the broken brackets. My son told us he hated going to the new orthodontist and that he wanted to find a different orthodontist. At this point, we decided to transfer services to a different orthodontist. As a final example of sterling customer service, they decided to not refund us the correct amount of money because he was a few months over their original treatment timeline. Maybe if they didn't lose orthodontists and have substandard replacements, we would have been on schedule. So, overall, if you want to have money stolen from you and get broken brackets, then please go to Brown Orthodontics.

I was told that I would need to make a payment before my appointment. I informed the woman that I was aware of the balance and was planning to pay it in full when I get my braces off. The woman told me without a payment, I would have to reschedule. No big deal. I went to my car to get my wallet so that I could pay from another account. I was trying to transfer funds to my card and (of course) the app would not load due to poor quality data connection. I asked the receptionist if they had wifi I could use in order to make a payment, without taking her eyes off of her computer screen she told me, "yes, but we don't give it to patients." I told her I understood, but I only needed to connect my phone in order to transfer funds so that I could make a payment. She simply said, "I am rescheduling you." She was EXTREMELY rude to me so I can only imagine how other patients are treated. Might I add that I have braces a SECOND time through this office because they took them off too early the first time! I went back to stay with the doctor who is familiar with my case, but I should have taken my business elsewhere. Cannot believe someone who is literally the first person to interact with patients (and the first impression of the business!) is so nasty towards them, especially to a loyal, long time customer. Side note: there are more than one receptionist. I did not catch this one's name but I need to add that it was NOT Mrs. Yvette (who is VERY kind). It was a woman with dark hair and glasses.
