She had to basically rework everything she had done and she did it with kindness and professionalism. She rudely asked him why he needs a suit for a wedding? My husband politely told her we are going to a black tie wedding in NYC. Her nasty response was " who's gonna be there Cuomo". No dry cleaner should ask why someone needs to have something cleaned, and throw political comments into a simple dry cleaning request. I would give this -0 stars if possible. Never going there again totally disgusted.

I just moved from out of state to Little River and took 15 casual dress shirts in for pressing. I…read morespoke to the Little River "drop off" location and they told me $2.10 a shirt and to take them to their main facility. Got there and they were closed. Hours changed due to COVID but they didn't tell me even after I told them I would get here after 5pm. So the next day, when I dropped off the shirts, they took my info and that was it. They didn't mention pricing until I asked that the shirts will run me $2 for pressing, correct? The gentleman that took my info said oh no, it's $4 shirt because now they have to launder them due to the type of shirts. Reluctantly I left them because of my travel time and needing them pressed for work but also expecting to pay $4 a shirt for $60. A few days later, I went to pick up the shirts and the bill was over $75 ($5 a shirt). I was obviously confused since I verified the price when I dropped them off. Again, another excuse because some were Tommy B shirts and they require "special cleaning". Why didn't they look at the shirts first and tell me the correct prices? My bad for not making them do that...so buyer beware. . I will not use them nor recommend them to co workers or anyone else due to how they treated me and the fact they will not tell you how much until the work has been completed. Where I was before, they actually provide a written estimate, not here. So shame on me for being trusting and not asking for a written quote ....customers beware and go somewhere else

I was told their calendar had not gone live yet, so another bride was there at the same time and I waited over an hour. I still moved forward because Samantha assured me I would have the perfect dress and that if anything went wrong she would personally make it right. I bought my dress 9 months in advance, paid in full and attended every fitting. The first dress I received was incorrect and not what I asked for. I was not told about the factory mistake. I was then pushed to order a second gown, which arrived late and was still too large. I was promised a sketch of the original design that never came. I was told alterations and the veil were included, yet the veil I received did not match the gown. And I never received a veil for the first gown. The alterations I did receive were visibly substandard. There were holes in the fabric and pink stitching on white lace. Another seamstress who did my emergency alterations described the prior work as something a child could have done better. By July 4, just days before my wedding, the gown was still unfinished. Samantha cited a broken AC, and I had to send my mother to pick up the dress while I scrambled to arrange last minute alterations. Through all of this, Samantha continued taking on new clients and told me she had to "move on." I spent my 30th birthday trying to fix problems created by this shop instead of enjoying the days before my wedding. Thankfully, "Veronika's Secrets" fixed my dress before our special day. Veronika was wonderful. This was supposed to be a joyful time. It became a crisis. I cannot recommend this boutique to any bride. If you value honesty, quality, timelines, and basic professionalism, go anywhere else.

Horrible experience. Called them on a Saturday to have a dress steamed. They offered to pick it up…read moreon Monday. Set a driver would call me which driver never did. I called at 3 PM. The girl said the driver wouldn't be calling me until late Tuesday and the dress would be ready on Wednesday. I need it for a wedding on Friday and I'm getting nervous. Next thing you know I have Adam on the phone who's the owner Telling me? They won't pick up the dress because I'm not what he called a regular customer. They won't deliver the dress as promised because I'm not a regular customer and they really don't want any part of steaming my dress to begin with because I'm wearing it to a wedding. What? You've got to be kidding me. I got upset, understandably he didn't like the way I was talking to him so he hung up on me told me to find another cleaner. I'm suggesting anyone who's reading this.
