We checked about it when we took our second deer and were told it wasn't done, Then were called telling us it was done and it was totally frozen when we went back to pick it up. Then we kept waiting for a call about the second deer, finally called them and they couldn't find it. Finally called a said they had it ready, When we went to pick it up the ground meat was frozen and the amount looked fairly reasonable. but the steaks and loin was a very small amount and really looked like they had just pieced some meat together.

Brian the tour guide was such a wealth of historical knowledge of the town. Listening to his stories as we strolled through the streets was incredibly interesting, we came away from the tour having more things we wanted to discover than we had time for.
