I called about 12 places before getting ahold of this company who was available for same day electric emergencies. Only problem was we were 45 minutes away but for a service fee he assured they'd come out and help with an estimate on how to remove this old dangerous wiring. Help is an understatement! Joe and his new trainee Dan showed up 30 minutes early and gave us all our options. Joe is a straight up guy who genuinely gave us his expert advice and that was to honestly leave it as is. We really appreciated that because he could've done what my mom originally wanted(remove all the wiring) , charged us an arm and a leg, but he stressed how that option was not the safest and how it could be expensive and would majorly effect other rooms and basically gut and re wire the house. After multiple breaker tests, they realized the fridge was pulling power from these old wires and expressed the dangers of this. They offered to move the fridge to a different outlet- talk about above and beyond service. Only then a leak broke out from the fridge being disconnected from a water source. It lead to a pipe bursting lol talk about drama but long story short, they stayed the entire time to ensure things were fixed properly and even put up a new light fixture in the meantime. Thank you thank you thank you Joe and Dan. You guys are the real deal and it's hard to come by people let alone men honest like this nowadays. My mom will be hiring them again for her HVAC next and definitely will have you over for thanksgiving dinner hahaha thank youuuuuu!

I called AHES yesterday morning and spoke with the owner about my gas furnace that died Sunday morning. He and his crew came over in the morning and diagnosed the situation. Turns out my 30 year old furnace burnt out at the circuit board. We discussed pricing on a new furnace and within a few hours, AHES returned to installed a brand new gas furnace. Reasonably prices, professional workmanship and excellent customer service. What I did notice about their synergy was that they were all having fun doing their job! Joe explained everything and answered all my questions. I am hiring his crew to return for additional work that I need on my home: electrical outlet upgrades, new generator, and next spring, I'm having AHE install an a/c system in the furnace. Took him about 30 minutes. I have since checked with two other electricians I know personally and they said that should have been $120 or so TOPS. Also, had to do a call back because the outside outlet boxes were installed with very sloppy use of silicone sealant. Yes, they did fix it on the callback, but they had to scrape the paint off the house around the fixture to remove all the slathered on sealant. This was in a very visible place right next to my front door. We did sign up for their one year subscription at $16 per month that is supposed to give us discounted services (15% off) but I suspect that any actual work will be much more than 15% over market before discount. Their technicians were friendly and professional, but I was hoping that for an over $2,000 bill the work would have at least been done correctly the first time and the charges would be reasonable. I really hate to give less than five star reviews but I'm giving them a three because they did tell me the pricing up front and I agreed to it, it was only afterwards when I read the actual receipt that I realized how much I was charged. Believe me, when they do my "free" whole house inspection and they make recommendations, I'm going to review them with a fine tooth comb and if necessary get additional quotes. I guess my trust factor isn't what it should be with this company when it comes to pricing.

called Harmon for an estimate for a new electric service panel and…read more an upgrade to my sub panel , we set a date and time . they called back and were able to come a day sooner . they were on time , they walked me through everything that needed to be done to bring my service to current code , they gave me a hand written , itemized estimate before leaving . i gave them a deposit , and had to wait for permits from the county . the day the permits were issued they called me . we scheduled for 2 days later . two techs arrived on time , one tech worked outside and one inside. work was completed in 4 hours and all service was restored . work passed inspection by the county and have had no electrical issues since the work was done . great job , i will definetly call them first when i need an electrical contractor .
