It took a little longer to get it back and when I did, I discovered they had washed the jacket, Coyote fur and all. The fur trim was ruined and the jacket shrunk. I advised the location what happened and after contacting the store where it was purchased and providing a receipt of the current retail value of the same jacket not produced any more, they wanted a bill of sale. Unfortunately the jacket was purchased 10 years ago and the person who bought it passed away. The store didn't have those records. I did some research and found that the fur could be replaced at a cost of $200-$300. I told them I would take $250 for the cost to replace the fur. Jan. 26, I received a check from Kristine Chenery for $45.00. Apparently customer service isn't their number one priority. So now, I paid for my jacket to get a new zipper, cleaned, have no fur trim and a jacket that's too small for me. And they think the $45.00 is sufficient. Do NOT trust your high end clothing or belongings to this company. And I wonder if the lady who discovered her Canada Goose wasn't hers, ever got her coat back?

We were treated terrible by the manager tonight. We have been coming here for 4 years to dry our…read morelaundry. After showing up at 6:35 to dry the laundry we already washed at home, the manager was heard screaming from her office that no one should be coming in. Mind you, they close at 8pm. I tried explaining that we are only drying and would be out in 30 minutes and she would not hear it and continued yelling. What a great way to be treated as a long time customer; we would have never even come close to closing time. After reaching out to the owner, he was very dismissive and didn't seem to care at all. Doug from Reality Executives, you will continue to lose customers when you have an impersonal manager like that- who also very clearly scares your other employees. No one should ever use the words "I'll get in trouble with my manager" the way your poor employee did. Do better! *After thinking about the situation earlier this evening, I thought it was important to provide additional details about this extremely inappropriate situation. When we arrived at 6:35, we were told it was ok to come in since we were only drying. We had FOUR machines loaded and ready to put quarters in when I heard the yelling but was unsure what that was. The employee that was afraid of her manager then began shouting that we can't be there... over and over and over. It was shocking, uncalled for, and in that moment I was exhausted after working 12 hours and just getting home, and attempted to plea as to why we had to unpack the dryers and take everything out. I kept saying it would only take us 30 minutes and they close at 8. Meanwhile, THERE WAS A WOMAN WITH CLOTHES IN THE WASH STILL. I am still shocked by the blatant disregard for how we were treated and then completely dismissed by the owner. They've lost 4-year customers and quite honestly, they can all go to hell at this point. There is absolutely no reason to treat anyone, especially paying customers, the way we were treated.
