Andrea White is a very deceptive agent. Wouldn't answer my realtors calls and would only respond via text and 95% of responses were either extremely vague or about something totally not what was asked. When I asked about the house myself, I was told "roof was fine" and "interior floors were ok but a couple spots questionable for the age of the house". After paying for an inspection (from information given); found out I was deceived about the roof...shingles off everywhere [$12-14K] (drone video), entire house is not stable [$19K minimum] (foundation). Not to mention all the vermin droppings throughout and live vermin running throughout. If all this was known (agent being morally honest) I would never have spent the money on an inspection. Also, Andrea White informed my realtor that the tenant was less than hospitable because he had no intention of moving. UNTRUE! Inspector said the man was as nice and accommodating as can be. I did talk to Nelda and told her I was done turning the other cheek and she responded that her husband stated the same the night before. Nelda asked me what I wanted. I said my inspection fee and for Andrea White to get morals and ethics coaching. It has been 4 days with no response from Nelda...........ATTORNEY TIME! No more cheek turning! read more
