I popped in here looking for a gala gown, and thought a secondhand dress shop would be the perfect spot to find lots of options! They do have tons of dresses on hand, but I struggled with how they organized them. They organize by style and color, which means you have to fight through mountains of dresses to see if there is a style you like, and then what size it is. I would have appreciated a system that was size forward, to eliminate wondering if and what would be an option for me at all in the store. I also thought that it was fairly steep prices for a second hand shop. While they had beautiful dresses, I thought the pricing was more in line with Nordstrom or Von Maur than a resale shop. i took my mother of the groom dresses to sell in consignment. so far 1 has sold and the owner has been a pleasure to work with. The contract for her to sell my dresses was explained thoroughly & payment for the dress that sold was ready when I arrived at her shop. I wish I would've known about this place before I paid a lot of $$$$$ for a dress I wore 1x !!!! So many great dresses for sale & organized nicely to pick a few to try on. the store was very unorganized. the staff was unhelpful, ceilings low i could barely walk in the fitting room. the fitting room was filled with bugs, spiders, flies, centipedes, moths, etc. the dresses were okay quality which is the ONLY reason i'm giving a 1 star. overall an awful experience. read more

Very great experience. She was super busy being prom season. She helped and was running back and forth helping as many as she could. All dresses were in good shape and did not find her rude or dismissive at all. She was busy and trying her best to help and make sure everyone could try dresses on. read more

Would not recommend! Tried using this shop to sell my daughter's prom dress. Shop owner appears unorganized. Owner has strict rules about when you can call shop and ask if dress sold, yet phone goes directly to voicemail and you cannot leave a voicemail message. Also owner is not always at the shop during "open" hours and once drove out there for inquiring on if her dress sold because I could not leave a message. Arrived at 11:30am and shop wasn't open, even though it's supposed to be. I wish would have attempted FB marketplace instead. Not worth your time. read more

I wish I would have read all of these comments before I took several high-end dresses for resale. One was returned with stains that weren't on it when she checked it in. In six months only one item sold and by the end of the contract she only returned one item. All the others had been "donated". I agree with the reviewer who states, "she will sell it and not give you any money for it." As I was walking out, I saw a handbag on the shelf that I had taken in for resale. Beware! I had an excellent experience working with Elite Repeat in Brookfield. I received a check for $250.00 for all the professional wear, jewelry, and purses they sold for me, after their commission. I would never expect that unprofessionalism and mistreatment from a shop owner but that seems to be the owners attitude and from looking at other people's comments and experiences this is what to expect from this business. 0/10 SHOP ELSEWHERE. Went looking for a dress for my daughter's beauty pageant. The owner was more then helpful!! She showed us dresses in my daughters size and style she wanted, on the up stairs sales floors, as well as her discounted prices in the basement. She suggested shoes, jewelry and found the perfect dress for my daughters pageant. Will definitely return for homecoming, prom and many other pageants to come!!! read more

I feel they took advantage of my teen daughter by selling her a $200 prom dress that they said could be altered. The dress was 2 sizes too small for her in the top and we were not able to get it altered. We are now stuck with a dress that she can not wear because of their strict no return policy. If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to pick up my daughter's dress and this owner said she "can't find the dress". She told me she does not donate expensive name brand dresses (mine was Sherry Hill that I paid over $400 for.) She said she would call me when she finds it. That was 9 months ago. I spoke up and said, "that is my boyfriend who is just helping me find a dress I like". A couple minutes later the Women who owned the store told me that a guy was trying on dresses the other day and she told him he could try dresses on here but only after hours!!!!!! I believe this was very wrong and unprofessional for the owner to say such a thing! I refuse to buy anymore dresses here and will NOT send any more friends or family here!!! My dress was giving to charity without my knowledge because I didn't "pick it up on time". I left a voicemail stating I didn't live in the state anymore and would like a call back to figure out how to proceed. I was never contacted about this and instead they donated my dress and I didn't receive a payout. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! The owner is awful to work with! Do NOT take your prom dresses there for resale. Her professionalism is the worst I have ever experienced. I always support local small businesses whenever I can, but she should be put out of business. Be forewarned, she will rip you off and then charge you for a dress that she "put in storage at a warehouse" during Prom season. i tried selling a dress to this woman. and she was so rude throughout whole process, and left my dress with stains and marks on it. ( got it dry cleaned before selling it) or trying to sell, it never did and i got it back with stains on it and back clasp ripped off. won't be going back. read more

I had purchased a prom dress from the owner a few yrs. ago and thought she was nice. I had called about there consignment percentage and she had said 50-50! Which is in the ballpark of other consignment shops that I use. Even 60/40 is used at some resalers! I brought a bought 20 items 90% were new with tags and were either Ralph Lauren, Borne, Nine West, and other name brand items. She was very preoccupied with her prom business and said she would email the list of items and the price she would b listing for. Never received anything from her. There's a 90 day consignment again normal, but when I called when I was going to b in the area to pick up my items ( if there were any that didn't sell) she told me none sold!! Never had that happen! And that I couldn't get my items back that they were being donated! What?? U didn't sell anything , u take 60% and u don't return items to their owners so she can get another tax right !! I've never ever heard of such business etiquette ( if that's what u would call it) . I would of never agreed to that being these items were new $100 tops $200 boots ect. Her answer was u should feel good to give to charity! I'm disabled and sell my clothes to pay my bills. I don't get the tax write off she does!! Don't shop there don't sell there! If I could give 0 stars I would! very unprofessional place to go! She doesn't make any calls, you have to constantly call to see if your items have sold. I had a prom dress there, I came in on my day of pick up and she had taken it to her house a week earlier, "forgetting I had a later pick up" normally she donates stuff that doesn't sell and isn't picked up, I was lucky she didn't donate my prom dress that is worth $300! (or should I say, SHES lucky?!) When I went in to get it and she said it was at her house, I left and later called and said I would like to pick it up instead of having her keep it and putting it out in January (this happened in May) she told me that she didn't have time to look through 30 dresses to find it and then got an attitude when I basically told her 'oh well, I want my dress' she told me she was the one trying to do me a favor and she didn't want to keep my dress anyways. She told me she'd call me when she found it. Week went by and I still hadn't heard anything so I left a message asking if she could have it there for me to pick up. Still no call, I had to call AGAIN and she luckily had it. When I walked in to the store she didn't say a word to me, made some rude comments to someone working there, asked me to sign something and that was that. I will NEVER go back and will NEVER recommend her shop to anyone. Unorganized, unprofessional, and childish are words I would use to describe this establishment. read more
