As you get further and further out of the CBD, the chance you have of getting an amazing cup of coffee plummets. The simple truth is that while these guys did not do a fantastic job of making my mac, I am pretty sure that they would be able to give you a latte or a cap to those in need. Better still, I would bet you that coffee would be pretty decent.
While my mac was much closer to a piccolo latte considering that amount of milk it contained, the coffee they used, and the desire to make a good coffee certainly resides in this cafe.
The guy serving was un-able to tell me specifically what coffee they use, but he was sure that the roasters were in the Frenchs Forest, which for me means that they must be using Di Gabriel (which ain't half bad at all).
Either way, driving into or out of Sydney, this is your first and last chance to get a decent cup of coffee, being just off both the freeway and the Pacific Highway. So at the very least... keep it in mind.
