The absolute worst experience - associates & suits…read more For our May wedding we decided to go with Savvi formalwear to all suit rentals for my husband and his groomsmen. At this point, have changed our store location with Savvi, 3 times over 4 months and are currently waiting on a refund for this entire experience ... It has been a nightmare since our very first in-store meeting with our first location and first associate that we met. When we arrived to begin with the suit we came to preview actually didn't even exist with the company yet, even though the associate told us we could come in and try it on. We had multiple previews of suits and with every single preview something didn't fit correctly. We were given no guidance, no advice on how to shop/ fit size/ or color options, and were repeated promises that someone would help us. Not once were we contacted by the store themselves to see how we were doing throughout this process. Marshall, at the Cumberland store in particular (Our Second Location), made rude/sarcastic comments to us at every encounter we had with him and made no attempt to fix an issue with a suit he promised to help us find .. and actually never contacted us again. I would not recommend this store, or working with Marshall to anyone. We've wasted time, energy, and money and have nothing.

Everlasting Bridal is absolutely amazing! Amy and Jennifer were simply the best…read more We found ourselves in a last-minute wedding emergency when another bridal vendor dropped the ball on a rhinestone headpiece that the bride needed for the very next day. In a frantic search for a replacement, we were driving all over not from Georgia and even ended up at the wrong bridal shop that was closed. Frustrated and running out of time, we asked neighboring businesses if they knew where the bridal shop we were looking for had moved. One kind young woman immediately recommended Everlasting Bridal, sharing that her cousin had worked with them and had an incredible experience. Since Everlasting Bridal was about 45 minutes away and we were getting close to closing time, we called ahead to make sure they would still be open and hopefully have something suitable. Amy didn't just answer our questions, she went above and beyond. Before we even arrived, she and her team sent photos of several headpiece options, and once we arrived they FaceTimed with the bride, and made thoughtful recommendations to ensure she selected the perfect piece for her wedding day. Their attention to detail and willingness to help from a distance immediately put us at ease. The bride was thrilled with her choice, and honestly felt it was even more beautiful in person than in the photos and FaceTime. Amy and her team could have easily turned us away because of the time, but instead they welcomed us with kindness, grace, and genuine care. I'd love to believe this level of service was exclusively for me (wink, wink), but it clearly isn't. While we were there, a bridesmaid came in just minutes before closing needing last-minute alterations. Jennifer immediately stepped in and worked her magic like Cinderella's Fairy Godmother. Despite it being the end of a long day, she gave the bridesmaid the same care, patience, and attention she had given everyone else. These women are full of love and dedication. They genuinely care about making sure your special day is everything you've dreamed of and more. Their passion for helping brides shines through in every detail, and they speak life, encouragement, and joy over each person who walks through their doors. The selection of dresses and accessories is beautiful and offers something for every style. I cannot wait to work with them again. If you're looking for a bridal boutique that truly cares, go experience Everlasting Bridal. You'll find more than gorgeous gowns and accessories; you'll experience love in the details and a team committed to making your day one you'll remember forever.
