Read if you're thinking of going here!…read more Rude rude lady. Came here on vacation to try and find a gown for my friend and this lady (who I later find out was part owner) was not helpful. Her tone was very rude from the beginning. During the time my friend was looking at dresses, she tells her, "don't stretch the dress out." My friend was literally just holding the dress open to see how wide it was, like any normal person. As soon as my friend finished trying on a dress and decided she didn't want it, we came to the lobby to discuss where we were about to go next, and the lady comes right behind us telling us we're about to close so y'all need to leave (not in a nice or professional manner). My friend asked, "y'all close at 5 right?" The lady responds back to us by saying we operate by appt only, y'all need to leave. So now that she is giving us straight attitude. I told her to give us a second. She repeated herself again, and tells us "goodbye" in like a leave tone of voice. So they literally kicked us out to the curb. We were standing there for 1 minute when she was trying to tell us to leave. Like you can't stand in a store for a few minutes. Mind you, there was no one else there, so we weren't tying her time up or anything. I would go somewhere else for your dresses. Plus she made it super clear, they don't do alterations. She has no idea where they do alterations. She has no idea where a mall is. So yes. Stay away from here. Horrible service. Wish I could tell your her name, but she refused to answer. As I'm writing this outside (because we were waiting on our Uber), a different lady comes out and asks me if I want a business card. I said sure. She was very confrontational. I asked her if the lady inside that kicked us out was the owner. She said they both are. So I was like well y'all have a funny of treating your customers. I told her the lady informed us that this was by appointment only a store, and that we were not aware of that. But nothing on their website says by appointment only. She said, "we prefer by appt only," so I said well that's different than kicking your customer out (after your let them look for a dress) and tell your customers that your by appt only... not preferably. I told her we're from out of town and just needed find a dress last minute so we did not know that, and that's no reason to treat your customers like that. She goes on to continue arguing with me and tell me, "well the other out of town people seem to know." You see where I'm going with this?? Like who argues with there customer and talks disrespectful to them? No business I go to. I wasn't going to stand there and argue with this rude person any longer, who was clearly not apologetic for the way her business partner treated us, so I tried waking away. She kept trying to argue as I was leaving and I told her to shut up. So she walked out of her business, propped the door, and began following me like she was going to fight me. I continued to walk away with my other friends as she was threatening me. I had to tell her I was going to call the cops, and she finally backed off. This is the worst experience I've ever had. A business owner verbally disrespectful, excusing her behavior instead of apologizing for it, and then following me out on the street to fight? If that isn't enough to steer you away from here, then good luck. You'll be in for a real... experience.

Neither day did we have one person helping us. The first day, I ask the manager who our consultant was bc the girl we were "assigned to" wasn't helping us at all. The manager stepped in and helped some until another consultant step in later. The second day, "our consultant" seemed to be helping at least 4-5 girls and we only checked on very minimally of those girls. The whole experience was overwhelming because without some guidance, you don't know where to look for dresses that have the features you want, in the size you need. Another thing was most of the dresses without bling were smalls so for a girl that even was a little bigger, you couldn't get a feel of what the dresses looked like.

And also didn't have the decency to tell me so I wasted gas driving up there. Secondly they didn't finish everything when I picked them up so I had to bring them back and ask them to finish some stuff. And that took another week. Third, there was a shirt made out of a weird material and I had said once again if you don't think you can do it it's okay I can bring it somewhere else. Not being disrespectful or anything just trying to be genuine and understanding. But she said she will try and walks away to return to the customer she was with, and right in front of me laughs about me and they say something on the lines of how I think they can work miracles. When that's not what I was doing at all. But I left, waited a week and came back (again they where late) and they lady says to try the items on so I go put the first outfit on and came out and kinda pointed out that the stitching was lop sided and wasn't even. She said "I see what your talking about, but now your nit picking." .... ( they put darts into the shirt by the armpits, one was I. The middle of my boob, and the other was below my boob on my rib cage.) I just grabbed my stuff and left. I didn't even wanna talk after that how do you see what I'm talking about but I'm nit picking these are the clothes I have to wear not you. And I'm willing to pay for you to do a good job and you didn't. I paid over $300 easily on the work they did for me and it wasn't a good job. There was multiple not just one reason I won't come back. I can deal with a lot but not this. I'll get it fixed somewhere else with someone that actually cares about their job. Not someone just trying to take money and give a doable job.

Unfortunately, one of them was completely awful, and it…read moreultimately caused my sister to seek out bridesmaid dresses at another store despite the fact that she had already committed to buying her wedding dress here. While trying on bridesmaid dresses, my non-bride sister and one of my engaged sister's friends were trying on dresses. Now the friend was a few sizes larger, which is no big deal to us, but apparently it was to the sales girl. She repeatedly made a point of coming out with several dresses and loudly saying things like, "These will work for our bigger bridesmaid and then these others are the small sizes," as she handed the dresses to them to be tried on. Several other customers looked stunned at the way she kept phrasing it. What's especially odd is that other employees were nearby and no one thought to take her aside and suggest that maybe the "bigger bridesmaid" had a name that could be used instead of repeatedly pointing out the fact that her size was slightly out of the single digit range. If you have a less than petite bridesmaid, I would strongly recommend that you go elsewhere where you can be treated with a little more respect and dignity. I have no idea if this particular girl is still working there, but if the owners have any sense, they'll realize that her attitude cost them at least one big sale (4 bridesmaid dresses) and possibly many more with people who didn't speak up.
